we enjoyed the tour for kerala.There were some difficulties which we faced during the whole tour. 1. The driver was not aware of the destinations and sight seeing to be covered everyday we have to tell him about the sightseeing. 2. After being told to the representative for booking a good houseboat we were not at all happy when we entered the houseboat , it was not clean ,the room in the houseboat was too conjusted , the bathroom was horrible.Also in the evening the houseboat was full of lizards , the ac in the houseboat was pathetic, total bad experience. 3. In kovalam watever sightseeing was mentioned was not covered , the driver was not aware of destinations mentioned in the package. Dont just put so many things in package if those destinations are never covered.

Thanks for setting up a perfect trip for us. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Driver RAHEEM needs a special mention. He was really nice, punctual and co-operative. The stay at tree house in munnar was breathtaking as was the case with the house-boat too. The food was awesome on the houseboat & we really enjoyed a lot in kovalam. But the sandara palace in thekkadi is not satisfactory. lizards are living with the guests behind the bed. But overall we really had the best time of our lives the entire trip. Thanks and Thanks a million for this support of yours. We will cherish the memories of this trip forever.

One of the worst travel experiences of my life. Even after booking the trip 4 months in advance had to face lot of difficulties as things were not handled properly by the travel agent.

Driver named Muhamad Asharaf Car number KL55- 2582 was not co operative & very rude also his driving was very harsh..he used to recommend us particular places where he may get commission from that place..his behavior used to change if we refused to go there...We cant recommend this driver... Also service of Green trees resort,munnar was very bad.... Best part was houseboat,It was very good...also staffs were very co operative...

Excellent service by book it forget it. The entire trip was planned by our accordance. From hotels to cab driver everything was just perfect. Continuous contact to the travel agent helped in a lot of way.

every thing was nicely planned including hotel, cab service, food specially at houseboat. cab driver was also so good and polite. it's fantastic. just we didn't get honeymoon inclusive which was added specially. but houseboat person was not aware about.

the hotels had Terrible customer service.the first hotel did not have our room ready for us and we had to stay in the tree house.... in addition, the food for breakfast was terrible. we could not east anything apart from juice. during dinner on second night we were served out of date ketchup sachets with our starters.... by 4 months! on the boat the breakfast made my friend vomit. the taste combination was horrible. amazing driver / guide. Jeep off road safari was amazing. Houseboat experience was good (with the exception of food). would have preferred more physically active activities like trekking though.
