I had a good time in Kerala. Really enjoyed. Hotels are very Nice, nit and clean, their service are also good. It will be one of my best memorable trip which is my dream trip. Driver also good, he gives us nice information about kerala. Main thing House boat that very joy awesome, very nice climate. Unforgettable trip. And specially thanks to Mr. Sahil. He always help me. Thank you Sahil & Thank you Team. C u Soon....!!! :-) Kerala is the best memories of Trip.

The hotel, Triump Resort Allepey and Neelakanta Beach Resort Kovalam, were not up to the mark. Both hotels had poor breakfast service. North Indian people must be prepared for breakfast of Idly Putu Sambar & Dosa

Whole trip was really memorable. From the onset only,Sahil was really helpful in giving away all details. Thanks to Aman too for trip. Hotels were good leaving one or too. The Cab driver Vishnu was really great. Was really cool in taking us places and helping us get to awesome restraunts. Well only a hitch was that before trip i had to contanstly contact Sahil which can be taken care if communication is made. Anyways overall experience has been great. Would recommend others too. A Memorable day spent at Houseboat. Really the local cuisine served at houseboat was awesome and hospitality was also great.Worth an experience.

Everything was good during the trip except houseboat, i had a terrible experience for the last day at houseboat and agent does not care about that.

Travel agent were extremely helpful and provided excellent services. I will recommend BookItForgetIt it to use as your travel agent. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. Service was poor. I would say keep the travel agent same but ask them to provide another hotel

Overall grip was managed nicely by the guys, except for the driver arranged for our trip. You have to understand that for a person traveling from North India, the associate must speak/understand either Hindi or English. Unfortunately our driver could only converse in Malayalam. Nevertheless, I will definitely give a second shot to BiFi , for my future trip. Cheers!

All went good...slight confusion over Thekaddy hotel but it got sorted within 5 mins. It was our second trip with TravelTriangle and they maintained the standards. And I'd like to give one suggestion, for all those who wants to use this kinda package and those who are interested in jungle safari...TravelTriangle should provide more details on Jeep safari of Periyaar National Park.
