Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:  Maintaining relationship with travel agents and responsible for agents’ growth at TravelTriangle.  Ensuring healthy retention rate of vendors.  Managing the vendor's grievances (related to payments, competition etc)  Time to time performance checks on Vendors to ensure quality output  Maintaining reports for daily activities and analyzing data to find solutions to improve efficiency in the processes.  Assure quality training of new travel agents on TravelTriangle platform in order to familiarize them with our systems leading to efficient functioning and target delivery.  Mentoring fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure destination's overall growth.  CTC up to 4 LPA

Required Skills

  • Desired Skills and Experience:  Negotiation skills.  Vendor Management  Problem solving
