Our trip to Sri Lanka was organised with Boomlanka through Travel Triangle. Pooja of TT was very prompt in her responses. I must mention that Boomlanka had organised the trip in a very professional manner. A word of praise for the coordinator, Deepti, who was very helpful with whatever information I wanted. All throughout the trip she enquired on an every day basis. Mr. Dankan is an extremely friendly and warm person. The car was our home for 6 days and he our host. The accommodations were good except that they were too far off. Once we checked in, there was absolutely no way we could come out to explore the town. The wi fi too was very weak in the hotels. Our overall experience was awesome. Thanks Boomlanka.

Very good organisation by the travel agent of Boom Lanka. Very nice and polite and helpful and attending to our wishes and needs. Just one day the schedule was not able to do because it was too full and we couldnt do all things that were mentioned. But we figured that by looking at the plan and canceled some unnecessary points, like a long hike. All in all it was very good, sometime you have too look in the internet weather "vising" means a hike or you just drive there and see it easily. But that is maybe also owed to the culteral discrepance and understanding.

Our trip to Sri Lanka was organized by Boom Lanka travels mediated through travel triangle. Trip was enjoyable however with a few hitches. To start off, information about foreign exchange was not conveyed to us. Information about payment for the trip was not given on time, resulting in us having to run around the day before we left. Hotels were OK at best, with electricity and water problems. Hotel Kent was sub-standard. After complaining about the same to the travel agent at Boom Lanka,she stopped responding entirely. Do not expect any help from the guys at Travel Triangle either. Amanpreet from Travel Triangle too was unresponsive. Overall- average experience, we expected better.

Our trip to SriLanka was our first overseas trip as a family, and it was made magical thanks to the Boom Lanka team. Right from the process of inquiry, where Ms. Nethmi patiently explained everything to us, and changed the itinerary as per our requirement, to the wonderful Mr. Dankan Aiya, our tour guide, who was this ever smiling, patient paragon, the Boom Lanka team was thoroughly friendly and professional. All the hotels arranged were very good, and we have no qualms with any of the rooms. Extra expenses that might be incurred were explained to us beforehand, and we had ample time to arrange currency for travel. The hospitality of the Sri Lankan people blew us away. We owe this experience to Mr. Dankan Aiya, our guide and chauffeur, for his super friendly touch throughout the trip.

The trip was good .. the hotels could have been better .. some hotels were very remote and bentota hotel was very bad with no basic amenities and bad room, we went ahead and stayed since we were not able to reach our agent on the first day and it was only one more day. Overall it was very pleasant even with all the hotel mess ups because we had a private cab and the remoteness of the hotel didn't matter much. Also our chauffeur/guide was very nice and polite and made the whole trip memorable
