1st booking with Travel Triangle was pretty okay. Trip was for Kerala, where some miscommunications happened between agent and hotel in Thekkady. Due to which , we had to wait for 2 hours outside hotel and sort this issue. Also, at houseboat, the staff wasn't aware about flower decoration, cake or candle light dinner at all. I had to ask them to confirm and then it was arranged. However, the driver "SIRAJ" was very good. He was very supportive with great behavior and promptness. He gave us a great tour apart from all hassles. I would like to get him a special mention and commend his efforts.

The trip was owsum and enjoyed a lot. The bus condition done from Delhi to Manali was worst condition and i had to stand on Road for 3 hours in Sonepat and 2.30 hours in local village of Himachal and took me 22 hours to manali.After calling my agent regarding the bus condition i got the respinse from Trip seller that we cannot deal as you have made the payment to travel triangle talk to them not us and i felt so guilty that i had to regret why i booked the package. Please Solang Valley

Cab driver is good, hotel service and hotel facilities are not up to the mark, room was very small. Travel agent is also ok....

We had a good memories with Goa trip. Try to check all the details of the Hotels which you are having a tieup before suggesting for customers. Cab service should be more pro active. We use to call them for what time he will be there for pick up everyday. This should be improve. Otherwise it's ok.

We had as awesome trip..n everything was taken care of. We enjoyed a lot, there was no inconvenience caused during the trip. And many thanks to Alia from Tripsailer as she with us guiding and taking care of us from the beginning.:) Looking forward to visit again. The best part was house boat, it was very relaxing n beautiful.

The cab was very dirty and driver showed tantrums on the first day. Once we started giving him extra money daily he was at least taking us to the places but would rather drop off far away saying cars are not allowed beyond this point.All the hotels were good except the tent stay in Rojani tent, jaisalmer(Sam) The tent and food was pathetic. Waste of money staying in the tent. The trip sailer agent Preeti did a good job. You guys need to please check on the driver and cab provided. It was stinking and it's been ages the car has been cleaned.The Rojani resort is not at all good.

Everything was good but my return ticket got cancelled, still waiting for refund. Otherwise its was very comfortable experience.... everything was planned very well.

The experience of Rajasthan trip was very good and enjoyed a lot. But there were some problem during our trip like we have expected innova a seven seater but we got 6 seater which had troubled us in the travelling. Also in correct hotel details were given in the itenery. The camp we were given in the Jaselmer was not at all good. They cheated us when we booked the jeep Safari into the desert and camp maintenance was also not upto the mark and food was tasting very bad , they did not follow any thing mentioned in the itenery of dinner. Jaipur, Jodhpur i liked a lot and Hotel balem at Jodhpur and Hotel Mukund vilas at Udaipur were very good at service. Food was also tasting very good at these 2 hotels.

Ist day was not so good , ur cab conditions was bad. But cab driver INDRAJIT was very helpful . Except Delhi , all hotels were good but the hotel in HARDWARE was good but it was too far from the common market.I would like if you have arrange the hotel near the Har ki pauri GHAT. Travel agent Mr NEKHIL good . Btw the overall trip was good leaving some minor issues. On the way to MUSSOORIE we shouted photo at a place and mistakenly left there a Bag with have some important documents, also my friend jacket. We fortunately recovered all things from same place. Also the credit goes to our INDRAJIT our cab driver.

The support and assistance from staff was very very unprofessional. The Travel Contact person was all in for help before entering the package. After the package was bought, the service was always declining for example no detailed answers for queries, no call back, no timely updates, no itinerary support, no details provided over call, asked to read through rather than explaining. During journey the support from TripSailor was pathetic. We didn't want to avail stay at Kausani and in turn wanted to extend stay at Nainital but TripSailor refused upfront. Later, on the day when we reached Kausani at 9pm (as per schedule) for stay the manager informed that my booking has been cancelled for the night. It was shocking as we were informed that booking couldn't be cancelled. I came to know that booking was cancelled at 5.30pm on that day. TripSailor didn't bother to inform us. Also, at Rishikesh the camp stay which was offered to us was very very bad. We were provided with deluxe tent stay, TripSailor didn't help.us with any service there even after requesting for upgrade as we found it way difficult in stay which was offered. I will not recommend anyone to avail this service. Very very unprofessional. TripSailor is only interested to take bookings, earn money, no proper service and responsibility taken. We had very good experience with Trip Driver, Mr Rajeev. He is a great friend. Will recommend him to my friends. Hotel stay service at kausani, service at Nainital was awesome. Full marks.

I just wish travel triaangle would have been in contact with us through out the trip... fortunately, the trip did not have any unforeseen circumstances. But if there were any such issues and we couldnt inform you guys about it... i hope there was a way that Travel triangle could have come to know about this. Also the hotels provided were very beautiful. Except the royal rosette, i wish the other 2 hotels were near the crowded area or the markets The snowfall

Drinking Water not available sufficient for two people .Kindly arrange drinking. Water properly. Card driver is not a hindi knowledge person his behaviour is only bussiness minded not a good human behaviour.
