I had booked stay and travel in Rajasthan for 6 people from Trip sailer. Jyoti was our travel agent. She was very good and was available throughout the trip. We had our hotel confirmation voucher for Jaipur stay but got to know there was no booking in our name when we went and asked in hotel reception. They arranged different hotel and travel to that hotel wasted our half a day in Jaipur. This is one of the complaint I have. The innova car we got for our journey was very old model and not well maintained. I was expecting well maintained higher model of innova. Also the driver was very irritating. For most of the sightseeing in Jaipur he used to refuse which made us call travel agent back and forth. All the hotels were good and well maintained. Thanks to Jyoti for suggesting good hotels to us. Hotel in dharamshalla is really awesome... In terms of quality, interior, food, service. But, hotel of Dalhousie is really not an average hotel.

The experience of the trip was really good..just that there was lot of traveling from one place to another so try to reduce that and include more good known places nearby . Nakki lake, Jain temple,karni mata and all were superb...will surely travel again with you people.

Over all experience is good but ya we find there is not proprer communication between agent and cab driver coz of tht we have to face some problems and even we have to pay extra so tht we don't find good. Trip is completely memorable for us coz of good driver, good food and hotel staff. Little bit issue we have to face other then all over is well

The hostels we stayed in exceeded my expectations. Services, rooms, food everything was on point. Driver was very polite and helpful. Flights were Indigo so terribly delayed so that was a problem however overall experience was great!

I would like to say that few Pros & Cons- Pros- Agent Tripsailor service in terms of quick reply and any support was good Cons- The hotels which were booked , except Vaishnodevi rest all were poor in quality . Not considered as 3 star hotel. I myself could have booked better hotel within same budget. Suggestion to Travel Traingle- I have done 2 trips with travel traingle ( International - Thailand & Domeestic - Delhi , amrtisr, jammu & Agra) , I find your support service is very good , but the hotels were provided not at all appreciated. I just adjusted with things as i had to stay for 1 night in most of the places. But please consider this as a critical feedback and work upon it .

Nice arrangement and very friendly welcome in all hotels . Kausani is my best experience where I have seen clear Himalayas all the day. Very nice warm reception at hotel

It was great experience and the cab driver was very calm and helpful over all it was nice Alleppey house boat food and the people over there were very good....
