Our stay in Hotel Ajanta haveli jaisalmer was very uncomfortable, room was stinky. Also Sultan Sand resort was not upto the mark. Room was not very comfortable here aswell . We reached SAM around 12 in morning and till 7 pm we had nothing to do.,as there was no activity except desert safari which was only for 40 minutes.

In the itinerary it was mentioned that only for few places I have to pay the extra/entry fee but during the travel except for accommodation and cab not a single site seeing entry fee was covered. And due to the hotel stay provided to us in Munnar apart from entrance tickets I have to pay extra 1000 rs/- for cab to see missed places on our own the following day. Overall the travel costed me extra 5000 INR which made bad trip planning from your end. Overall we were disappointed with the planning.

Hi, I was happy with the tour except one thing that is stay in house boat because the quality of the boat it self was not so good and the food was not upto our expectation and was very normal.Also as per the details honeymoon inclusions was there in your quote and unfortunately we didn't get of the items such as flower bed decoration,candle light dinner and the honeymoon cake.So please make sure from your end to provide all the things to make the customer happy.This was only my disappointment part of our tour otherwise we are OK. Trip to Auli,Haridwar,Rishikesh Agent reaches out to you only before you make booking confirmation and then for asking money. It is you who needs to call & follow up. Trip was good. Mr.Rajeev our cab driver was quite supportive. Hotels which I suggested and asked to changed were good, the other hotels were not upto the mark in comparison to the money we paid to them.

The tour was managed very properly and all the cab delivers were very polite and it was an energising experience

Trip was really nice Transfer and driver was very good Place which suggested is good Hotels was good but hotel balam (Jodhpur) I found best among all. Main dinner at heritage camp was not good in hygienes. Many of travellers had a *diarrhea* issue including me. From Jyoti Rawat everything was good but u guys pls take care/ check about food quality of hotels/ camp. still thanks for this trip

The driver was very uncooperative and didn't want to take us to places. Every time we asked him, he would give excuses. Hotels were good and food was amazing. Travel agent services not upto the mark and need to improve.

Trip was wonderful, safe, and one of the best trips we had. Hotels were awesome especially at mt. Abu. Thank you very much for making our trip so memorable. Only the thing that if we would have got gate no. 2 or 4 at Ranthambor jungle safari as promised earlier we could have enjoyed watching tigers.

I really want to give a feedback about tripnsailor to travel triangle and that they should blacklist them from their kist. This is the worst travel agency I ever made. They are only concerned about the money and nothing else. Please don't let people suffer with these kind of agencies.

Hotel room heaters did not work as such to heat the room. The drivers were good, but the second driver "Sanjay" was hurrying us throughout the trip. "Subhash" was a very good driver. Services of the travel agent was good and accommodative. Really appreciate the last minute adjustments made due to some of the locations not being accessable. Would like the agents to convey to us before the trip of the current status of such locations, might help in planning the trip better.

Himvadi hotel is not good, service is not good, other hotels are good. Cab ride is very long. Very long distance and tried. Corbett treat resort is very good.

It was overall a good trip however there are two areas of improvement, which should be rectified. The travel itirenary is not practical considering the journey time by car as after making the journey from Delhi to Bhimtal, no sightseeing is possible although departing Delhi at 10:30 AM. The same is applicable for the day of return. I requested for a favour as I was unable to make the long journey to Binsar from Kausani as we were travelling with a 2 year old. In such case, we would expect travel agent to communicate with the hotel & arrange for a partial calcellation fee at least. The resort at Kausani offers a beautiful view of the Himalaya.
