Over all experience is good but ya we find there is not proprer communication between agent and cab driver coz of tht we have to face some problems and even we have to pay extra so tht we don't find good. Trip is completely memorable for us coz of good driver, good food and hotel staff. Little bit issue we have to face other then all over is well

The hostels we stayed in exceeded my expectations. Services, rooms, food everything was on point. Driver was very polite and helpful. Flights were Indigo so terribly delayed so that was a problem however overall experience was great!

I would like to say that few Pros & Cons- Pros- Agent Tripsailor service in terms of quick reply and any support was good Cons- The hotels which were booked , except Vaishnodevi rest all were poor in quality . Not considered as 3 star hotel. I myself could have booked better hotel within same budget. Suggestion to Travel Traingle- I have done 2 trips with travel traingle ( International - Thailand & Domeestic - Delhi , amrtisr, jammu & Agra) , I find your support service is very good , but the hotels were provided not at all appreciated. I just adjusted with things as i had to stay for 1 night in most of the places. But please consider this as a critical feedback and work upon it .

Travel agent service planning and support is very good. But driver's attitude is not good

Nice arrangement and very friendly welcome in all hotels . Kausani is my best experience where I have seen clear Himalayas all the day. Very nice warm reception at hotel

It was great experience and the cab driver was very calm and helpful over all it was nice Alleppey house boat food and the people over there were very good....

It was not that much good as expected........ And the tent was not good nd no hygiene of food And moreover driver was very slow so we couldn’t cover all the places as you have mentioned in quotation Jodhpur stay was awesome both the Om heritage and the Kuchuman haveli

I chose travel triangle for my trip to kerala. Happy with traveltraingle but Trip Sailercom agency is worst. They will first attract you be quoting the lowest price for 4-5 star hotels. After you make your booking, they will say that one of the hotel hasnt confirmed the booking so change the hotel. and at this stage they will charge extra money. At this point of time when trip is finalized for a traveler, they will come into their words and end up pay higher price. In my case, I booked executive suite in one of the hotel, and later on just 2 weeks before the trip date they told me that hotel hasn't confirmed the booking so when I go ahead and chose another hotel, they provided me deluxe room at same price saying that all its rooms are very costly. Their agent, Aman and his supervisor Saurab is useless and does to listen to any complaint or escalation. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE TRIP SAILERCOM.

Trip sailer was great except the hotel location of nainital. We expect hotel at Nainital but we got hotel at bhimtaal. Though the hotel was good. Except that everything was perfect.. Special thanks to Neelam from trip sailer and khushi from travel triangle. Hotel of Musouree was exceptional.. Sun n snow.. I will remember their hospitality..

Hotel at kanyakumari would have been a little better Everything

It was a great trip and within our budget. Hotels were good and at good location (except one in pelling which was in remote area) good co-ordination of Agent, good drivers and cab and site seeing was very comfortable.

At the arrival of the airport no cab available, even called also he taken the 20 min time. Sight seeing is good.

Hotel booked by agent was good at almost all locations except J S Regency at Jodhpur. This hotel was 15 km away from City and sharing the same campus with petrol pump and also very poorly maintained. After reaching there and after seeing the condition of hotel, I contacted trip sailer person regarding poor hotel condition. He was very rude. Finally I changed the hotel by myself and booked another hotel in jodhpur city with own cost. Behaviour of tripsailer person was not good. At least he can talk nice. Even I have contacted travel triangle person Mr. Hemchandra, but his response was also very poor. He told me that he will call back but so far he has not called me. Tripsailer need to improve their attitude and travel triangle shall take responsibility in case of problem.
