Ajay from travel 365 had coordinated well and arranged the trip to Sikkim well. Based on our needs summit hotels we're provided which were decent. However certain points were not well taken care which had spoilt our part of trip. As per voucher, Ajay had provided us homestay in Nathang Valley. I was very much interested in staying at height of 13000+ height, hence had asked him particularly to book in Nathang Valley. However after reaching at Nathang Valley, we had come to know that no such stay is there, though there were other home stays in Nathang Valley. Finally we started coming down to Zuluk and found that there is no such stay even there. Phone numbers or exact address was not provided in itinerary. After some point, we could find a point where we got signals and called Ajay and came to know that it is on padamcharan which is much down hill. We had also planned drop till airport and hotel as my parents were supposed to go by train to Kanpur and we by flight to bangalore. Driver dropped parents to airport itself saying railway station was not planned and he is supposed to pick another passenger from airport. I called Ajay again and then I got another vehicle details for railway Station drop. By the time my parents had already left for railway station on their own arrangements. One driver Uday was very rude, then I had requested them to change driver and it got changed. Other than this entire trip was good, hence I have not reduced their rating much. Entire Sikkim. River rafting to teesta.

Among my memorable trips till date, Sikkim stands first. The trip was very much fun, adventurous and thrilling. We had a very smooth trip of 7 days in Gangtok, Lachen and Lachung and all thanks to Dipanshu(Travel Triangle) and special thanks to Ajay and Roshan from TravelX who really arranged it well. Though there was a last minute chaos(which was not in their control) but still they supported well on time and never made me to feel that there was some chaos. The hotels booked were really good with great hospitality and food was decent enough. Ajay and Roshan were always there for any need. They gave an expert Cab driver(Palden) which made our entire trip smooth and less tiring. I would really recommend Travel Triangle and TravelX. I spent good 7 days and weather was good, snow fall was there which added to the place beauty. Places like Gurudungmar lake(Lachen), Zero Point and Yumthang Valley(Lachung) and Tsmogo lake and Nathula pass(Gangtok) were best. We really enjoyed the trip and had an awesome experience.

What a memorable trip. Thanks to Ajay from travelx365 for your efforts and arrangements, made this trip hassle free. In Gangtok we stayed for 2 nights at Dewachen Retreat. The stay was very luxurious. Next we stayed at Snow retreat in lachen for 1 night to visit Gorudongmar lake. The stay was amazing with great view from room. After Lachen we stayed Apple Valley Inn in Lachung for 2nights which was also a very good. The cabs and drivers provided for the entire trip was very good and friendly.

Trip started at Gangtok 'Sikkim retreat' good hotel quite near to MG marg. You will need to climb up the steep road while going to M G Marg. The rooms are well appointed and house keeping is nice & clean. The breakfast has all the necessities and fulfilling. The only point which I wish was improved is the free wifi from rooms. Now this is available only at the lobby level. Overall, nice experience. Then moved to Darjeeling ' Hotel Yuma' hotel is below average It seems quite old room size is small and not so well maintained. Bedsheets and blanket were not so clean. Average service. Jagjit at Gangtok we had wonderful experience but here it's totally different service staff were good but I will never recommend anyone to come this hotel.

In Gangtok we stayed for 3 nights at Tara Palace. The stay was very pleasant and luxurious. The cab and drivers provided for the entire trip was very good. Next we stayed for 2 nights at Barfung Retreat in Ravangla. The stay was amazing with the location and view from there was mesmerizing. The services provided by the hotel was also excellent. Thanks to Ajay and team for making this trip memorable. If you are going to Ravangla then Barfung Retreat is a must place to stay and enjoy the scenic beauty. In Gangtok Tara Palace is really luxurious and pleasant stay.

TravelX365 did excellent arrangement and made my (honeymoon) trip very pleasant. Everything was neatly organized / arranged. The local tour agent in Sikkim (coordinated by Mr Roshan) was also very good and he was friendly and customer supportive. TravelX365 (Mr Ajay) seems to be a very fair travel agent and he delivered all his commitments. He was patient enough to answer all my queries before the commencement of trip & was available on phone almost anytime. I strongly recommend to come to all agreements (as much as possible) before you make your first payment

Hotel dewachen retreat in Gangtok is good. But hotel Yuma in Darjeeling was pathetic. travel agent was good and he responds to our call. But, for Nathula pass permits, he collected 2500 from me but our names weren't there in the permit. Police stopped us near Nathula pass and allowed us after some time. Cab wasn't there with us all the day. different cabs were provided everyday and drivers are in hurry to finish the trip as early as possible.

Gangtok Trip 4N 5D. Stay at the Summit Golden Crescent Resort was fabulous We came from Delhi and were initially bit worried about hotel rooms & food. But on arriving there our whole tiredness got vanished in few minutes. Hotel's ambience & executive rooms (we stayed) were very neat and clean. Food was very delicious. All the hotel staff were very courteous & took care of our little needs with affection. Thanks to Travelx365 agents Ajay,Pankaj for all support & customizing our package with best price. Thanks to Transport people as well Roshan,Deepen and cab driver Taraman for there support and coordination. That made our trip a memorable one.
