Best experience in hotel sikkim retreat and the cherry village home stay was beautiful. However hotel Yuma in darjeeling is pathetic. Tasteless food served and bad hospitality. Thanks to the travel executive for rescheduling the itinerary, we could visit nathula. Overall good experience with Travelx365.

Travel triangle had nothing to do with the whole trip. They just hand over to another smaller travel agency. In my case it was travel 365. They just take their commission from the smaller agency. The entire trip is planned by the smaller agency. They don't even know what that guy has planned for u. Better to deal directly with the smaller agency.

From the initialization to the end of the trip, everything was completely taken care of. The vehicles throughout the trip were good and luxurious. Hotels in Gangtok and Darjeeling were excellent in terms of Ambience and room specifications. The travel agent, hotel staff and drivers were very kind and supportive and did their best possible help for all the services. Overall, the trip was well managed as per the information mentioned in the itinerary. Full marks to Travelx365 and Travel Triangle to make the trip successful. The best part of my trip was to visit Tigerhill in Darjeeling at 3:45 AM to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak. It was really a great experience, the cab was right on time (as discussed with the travel agent). Apart from it, there was a little bit change in the plan while returning to Bagdogra. Travel agent coordinated well to make it happen that I could also spend few hours and have in Nepal region. The food in Hotels was good throughout the trip and the staff was well behaved.

Very nicely organised trip. Hotel in pelling was below standard. Hotel Gangtok was excellent. Cab provided was comfortable for the trip. Had a memorable trip with travel365. Nice coordination with the travel agent. Gangtok, Pelling, & Darjeeling gr88 place. Best of my memories to north east state. Will certainly go to the next trip through travel triangle. The stay arrangement in Gangtok was absolutely pathetic and the hotel staff was not at all cooperative, never had such a worst experience, entire group was unhappy. Darjeeling hotel view was good but location was bad, as we had to go underground 2 floors with baggage plus not much options for food. Didn't got much support from travel agent, he was not there for us, when we needed him the most The tourist locations were good and drivers were nice

We booked a vehicle-only package, just for pickup-drop and sightseeing. Overall the experience was great, the vehicles always arrived on time (except on one instance which i will share later). The drivers were excellent (Gajen & Lilin in Gangtok and Suraj in Darjeeling), very polite and friendly. They covered all the points (except one due to bad weather conditions). The vehicle condition was excellent with good suspension and brakes. Driving by Mr Suraj was smooth given that we had an infant with us. Assistance from Dipanshu (TravelTriangle) was excellent and high flexibility was given to us in terms of time and amount of payment of instalments (bad internet connectivity in hilly areas kept us struggling in making online payments). Our vehicle was upgraded just the night before travel and on next day (don't know the reason why), the driver arrived hour late with no money for fuel. The agent (Mr Roshan) kept us waiting another half hour for money for fuel which delayed our journey and caused inconvenience and we had to rush as the sun sets early in eastern India. Also, the parking fees was included in the package yet the driver was not informed about it so we paid at that time but on communication between driver and agent, the amount was refunded to us later. Also, I am yet to receive the hard copy of bill (may take day or 2 more days due to Dusshera festive season) Pleasant Gesture by Mr Ajay (Travel agent) for upgrading the vehicle for part of a trip (from WagonR to Xylo) in response to bad road conditions due to landslide and heavy rains.

Every aspect of my travel was very well taken care of. The travel agents were kind, helpful and very competent. The itinerary was fixed according to my requirements, showing me the best sites of the state while allowing an outsider like me to closely experience and savour each area. Mode of payments were flexible and tailored suiting my budget. And the whole trip was arranged to suit my comfort levels. Considering that I was a single lady and travelling alone, I felt quite safe with the drivers. All in all... a wonderful experience. On the way to Zero Point Valley, being able to ask the driver to stop the car, so that I could experience the quiet of the forest. The driver gave me my space which was much appreciated. Similarly in Pelling, the driver took an impromptu decision to take a trek to the Rabdantse Ruins which added a marvellous, adventurous touch to the experience.
