It was a nice trip and travel agent was supportive and helped us to find the options. Cab driver was also supportive and polite .Provided hotel stay and houseboat was very good with nice location and food options.

I had a few points to mentions here for Joymol who has organized this package for me and also for the other viewers who are looking to book from Aans Holidays. Cons: 1) The driver we got for a pick up and drop from Kochi to Allepey was very rash and we almost avoided collision three time on our way. 2) The House boat that was promised was not given to us and instead some other boat was provided , it was good but not as premium as offered to us. 3) There were issues in coordination with house boat people as they were not really helpful and we had issue with our food, as we asked for a strict veg food but was not communicated well. 4) There were issue at the Hotel in Kanyakumari where we were not given rooms together though we were a family of four and we had to struggle with hotelier to give us rooms together and there was no preference for us for any sea facing view rooms which reflect a really bad planning. Pros: 1) The driver we got for the rest of the trip for 4 days "Sanoj" was really very helpful and showed us everything very nicely. 2) Joymol was available on call throughout our trip even it was her brother wedding . 3) Overall travel experience was really good with a nice and clean crysta Innova which was provided to us. Experience can really change by taking care of very small thing also which was missing but Still it was overall a good one for me an my family

Vishnu, our cab driver was very good. He was always on time, made stops on the way if we requested, always smiling and co-operative. Highlights of our trip were the Lakes Hill Resort in Munnar, the Kathakali and Kalaripayattu show in Thekkady and the Alleppey Houseboat by Evergreen tours. Only comment, most of the sightseeing that we were taken to in Munnar / Thekkady required buying tickets, which in some cases are quiet expensive, for ex: 4000 for a 2.5 hr jeep ride, which though good was not really worth 4000.

Everything was good and perfectly planned. Jaymol from Ans holidays is very good at her job and made my trip easy. Cab Driver sarath was very helping throughout the trip.. Resort lake and hills was too far from munnar and atmosphere there was not even 10% of what munnar central is during december time. Temperature there was 22-23 during night whereas munnar goes till 12-13 same time. There was construction going on in resort which was not good for customer experience.

overall satisfied with aans holidays but they need to improve interaction with their clients.

My wife and I just returned from this wonderful Kerala trip. The hotel accommodations was super nice. Our guide/driver, Mr. Aswin was very informative and took great care of us. I cannot think of enough superlatives. Would highly recommend Aans holidays. Good destinations with many wildlife site seeing and really loved our stay in Munnar. Thanks!

Overall trip was fine but i had many problems with the travel agent jaymol (Aans Holidays) and kajol( trip advisor). They didn't clarify things before. Cab was not cleaned and there were many ants in it.Atlas apartment hotels in kochi was not good at all . Faced many problems in short. Munnar weather and greenery has made our trip memorable.

This was an overall great experience with Ans Holidays and Driver Bobby. They managed everything superbly and were very cooperative. However few things I would like to highlight. The Hotel in Munnar (Seven Springs) was very very bad. They lack basic facilities and staff is very rude and non-cooperative. A Big NO to Seven Springs. Otherwise the trip was good. One little thing was the Houseboat mentioned in itinerary was not the same. In itinerary , Blue Green house boat was mentioned.

It was good trip planned by ms Jaymol of Ans holiday and i had some apprehensions in my mind as i was travelling with my senior citizen mother. Th e apprehensions proved true as there were not grab bars/Handle for elders as perhaps they never thought that old person can be their guest. So i would like to request all the hotel owners/Managers whosoever goes through this feedback that you should have wheel chair friendly entry and exits and Handle ie. grab bar in the bathroom and lavatory is must. I also request all the tourists that if you get online confirmation for Periyar Wild life sanctuary only then u should visit Thekkady otherwise its total waste. You should not go to Thekkady and then trying for ticket is like breaking your head against the wall. The staff in Periyar wild staff sanctuary behaves in very bad manner. Please avoid going there until and unless you have confirmed ticket of boat ride from internet itself The driver Bobby was also very good and this trip was enjoyable because of him also. Thanks Jaymol and thnaks Bobby. please install grab bar in your property and tell your other hotel personnel with whosoever u deal with .
