When I think of Greenary, the only place that flashes in front of me is Kerala. I wanted to visit Kerala from a very long time and finally the time came when I landed at Cochin Airport with my family on 3rd June 2017 @ 6:50 AM. Nishad picked us up from there and we started to Munnar. It was really very exciting to see the tall trees, Greenary all through the roads, full of Jack fruits, Waterfalls. I can evidence the happiness on my family members face. We statyed at Munnar for 2 nights watching all the popular places. Later on 5th June, we travelled to Thekkadi where we got to see the popular Kathakali dance form, Kalari Martial Arts, Elephant ride etc. Overnight we statyed at the hotel and next morning we started to Allepy (Houseboat). It was indeed very exciting as it was our first experience in a houseboat. Food provided was delicious. Kids got a chance to do fishing in the evening where the boat had a halt to stay overnight. Later in the morning after our breakfast we started to Cochin, last destination of our trip. It is mostly a city, not much difference to see from that of Hyderabad. However, we enjoyed a lot at the Beach. Then came the Jew street after our visit to Dutch Palace. We shopped a lot at the Jew Street. Later had Lunch at a restaurant along with our awesome driver Mr.Nishad and then moved to our Hotel where we stayed overnight and in the morning we moved towards the Coching Railway Station to catch our train to Hyderabad with all the great, fun memories spent in Kerala captured in our Cameras. Thank you Travel Triangle and Aans Holidays (Jaymol) for making our trip memorable and also providing us with a very economical price when compared to other travel agents. Except the language problem everything was awesome especially our cab and the cab driver. A BIG THANK YOU to our Driver Nishad who is very punctual, very patient with an ever smiling face:) He was very helpful when my dad fell sick and we rushed to a nearest hospital where i had language issues to communicate in Malayalam and Nishad's presence with me was very much helpful.
Best memories: Stay at Munnar with greenery all over, Elephant Safari, Adventurous Roads, Rose Garden, Cochin Beach.
Tips: Please check the availability of the boating facility when you plan to visit Thekkady. Because the most important thing to see is Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and we did not get a chance to see the same due to low water levels and hence boating was not allowed and my kid was very disappointed.
