I visited Kerela with a group of friends in late November and the travel was arranged by Ans Holiday. Pros: The absolute highlight of our trip was our Guide cum Driver Mr. Bobby. He was exremely helpful, well mannered, courteous and humble. He kept the vehicle clean and was always on-time. Not only he showed us around the place, but also gave shopping tips. Hotels: I looked up most of my hotels before booking them, and they were as expected. The travel agent was quiet accomodating in changing hotels (before booking the trip) if we didn't like any place on listing. Cons: Houseboat in Alleppey was easily my worst travel experience to date. The houseboat was shabby, needed major cleaning (room was smelly) and had roaches. We were served stone cold food, even the sambhar was cold. After multiple requests, the attended agreed to heat food for us. The behaviour of the houseboat attendants can be best described as intimidating. We were docked about an hour before the time, without any justification. Meanwhile I was constantly trying to connect with booking agent from Ans Holiday about irregularities at houseboat. Finally I recieved a call back from another agent and when I described the unclean room to agent and shared the pics over whatsapp they connected me to owner of houseboat. The owner argued that rooms are clean and would be fine after room spray (all this when I had already shared the pics clearly showing the bad state). Finally we were informed that we have to stay on this boat only as owner doesn't have a replacement. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there as the houseboat owner and attendants behaviour had gone from bad to worse. We were three girls on this trip, and not to risk our safety further I booked another hotel room for the night. Our driver Mr Bobby, was extremely helpful in this scenario. He agreed to come collect us at night from the dock and drop us to our booked hotel. Meanwhile the booking agency did nothing. Not only did we end up spending more money on additional booking; Ans Holiday did not address the bad state of houseboat at all. The standard answer was, noone had faced this issue before (despite the pics shared).

It was a awesome trip. Everything is beautiful in Kerala Munnar the best hill station, Thekkady the Jungle destination Alleppey house boats and the beach in Alleppey. Dream Catcher hotel in Munnar is at awesome location and food in that hotel is also very nice thanks to the travel agent for selecting that hotel for me. In Thekkady we were in Crown valley hotel which is also a excellent property at very nice location, House boat in Alleppey was also good. But one thing I missed in the houseboat was the decoration in my room. There was no flower bed Decoration and Mineral water was also no available in the house boat. Agent told me that our booking was in the Blue Green house boat But In the houseboat I got to know that the house boat was of any other company. Everything in my best Memories but if I have to choose than that we'll be Munnar hill station sightseeing, Dreamland in Munnar is amazing and Dream Catcher hotel was awesome. Jungle destination Thekkady which near the periyar Tiger Reserve was also amazing place to visit and I also enjoyed the Kalaripayattu, Kathakali in Thekaddy.In last Alleppey houseboat was an awesome experience for me , Surfing in biggest lake of Asia amazing experience and Alleppey beach was memorable.

I had recently booked a trio from travel triangle to Munnar, allepey and cochin for 4 days and 3 nights.. Frst to mention d price quoted for the trip was really very much reasonable. Secondly d main part of the trip is Ur driver as he is the person who makes sure dat he shows you all the places and briefs you about the place.. Than God our driver (Mr. Ashwin) was an absolute gentleman.. Very neat clean and especially well mannered.. Hard to find drivers of such behavior.. Even to answer his phone he takes the customers permission first.. He helped making the trip a memory to cherish with.. And also the staff from blue green boat house.. So friendly and well mannered staff. All the staff for this trip from hotel staff to drivers to staff in boat house were amazing.. Hard to see staff like this.. Thank you Aans travels for the memorable journey. The whole of the trip was just memorable nd awesome.. Thank you travel triangle nd Aans Holidays for this

Alleppy houseboat was pathetic (full of ants and lizard, noisy bed, satisfactory food only) Kovalam was excellent. Munnar hotel was 17km away from main munnar city, which impact the travel time and health consideration. Munnar Dreamland park

Awesome service by Aans Holidays.... my holiday trip was fulfilled by them... driver ashwin is very friendly and chef joshi has given us very homely food & tasty food.... Total my experience with Aans Holidays is tooo too good....

It also helps people like us speak more confidently with the agents knowing that we are not being over charged. Kudos.. Next, coming to Aans Holidays, I would like to highlight the point that they DID WHAT THEY SAID. Really impressed by the welcome, courtesy, professionalism, honesty and punctuality. The owner Jaymol was really helpful and kind. If I will ever plan a trip to Kerala again(which I will definitely do), my travel agent is going to be Aans Holidays only. Until next time...

It was good experience with Travel Triangle, totally hassle free. Reasonably good accommodation and good sedan and chauffeur.
