It's a awesome experience and enjoyed a lot......hotels are very good,resort in Munnar was great...and the best experience was in the Houseboat at Alleppey.....driver was very polite and good in behaviour..but the best food was in houseboat..in one word Great trip and very good experience.

Overall a very nice trip to Kerala of 7 days 6 nights.Hotel at Kovalam , Thekaddy and munnar were very good. Houseboat could have been much better...its average in cleanliness and food.Never buy fish in water market at Allepy,they give stale and costly fish. In sightseeing , few places couldn't cover due to closed on monday in Trivandrum. Cab driver Chinto was very good in driving and average in communication. Aans travel agent was also very prompt in delivery/answering queries. Camellia & Elettaria being one of the best resort , food here was not at all goodand very far from Munnar town.

First of all thanks travel Triangle for making arrangements of our tour. Thanks for the driver Vijeesh for his safe driving and very particular about timing. Still Few things would like to address 1. Travel Triangle never bothered to contact after making of first payment.its me who have to do follow up for making rest of the payment.The vendor Aans Holiday never bothered to call for taking feedback or follow-up on entire journey. 2. Have clearly mentioned in the quotation for special inclusion of cake and bed decoration it was not included. 3. Have mentioned in the quotation to have Rainbow Cruise Houseboat however different Houseboat was given which was not up to the mark. 4. We were told that floor decoration and cake would be given only in Houseboat which was not happened on raising this query to the vendor we got 750 rupees as refund. 5. Entire journey we missed this special inclusion and got purely disappointed and frustrated, very poor. 6. Driver had covered places which were given in the itinerary only even not covered all like ernakulum National Park. What do you mean by other sight seeing then? 7. Please consider all these things as a strong feedback and surely will think travel traingle as a last option for next tour. Accompany of best and safe driver really helpful throughout the journey. Overall it is a good trip

Overall the hotel, taxi and sightseeing was very good. We did booking through travel triangle which was arranged by ANS holidays. We got best deal. Hotel in Munnar and houseboat was good. Travel Agent from AaNS Holidays was prompt and good. Cab driver Sanoje was very helpful. But hotel in tekeddy was not that good, not happy with it. No one from Travel triangle was bothered to call? Even after calling them for bills no response from there side. I got bills from Aans Holidays. So I am happy with Aans but not with travel triangle.

Nice trip, but had very high expectations, so bit disappointed regarding birthday celebration in houseboat. elephant bathing n houseboat were best

Very good experience and had a great time. Resort provided in Munnar was bit far for the sight seeing. It consumed considerable amount of time.

1.Driver Anoop nice guide and best driver (he is like a friend ) ,he helped us a lot 2.Ans Maria hotels in munnar ,best suite we got ,Nice service we got from manager I can give 5 rating for driver and Cab 3.Regarding house boat not very clean ,in the morning I can see worst water for using I can see,no one taken care about Honeymoon inclusions ,not lifting calls also ,finally after texting they responded ,it's bad experience in allappy house boat. munnar we enjoyed a lot nice sight seeing, resort it's super environment and weather.

You are supposed to call everyday and take our feedback during our travel. Right? Trip was good . Blue water hotel and Cheri beach stay is highlight of our trip.

Places are good.but the planning is bery bad.due to bad planning we reachedat houseboat at 3:30pm.its vary late.when we told for shopping the driver alway take us to only single shop outside the marketplace. I think he has some % from that shop.due to late check in at houseboat the food are available properly. And less time is available for roaming .

Overall the hotel, taxi and sightseeing was very good. We got all that we asked. However, given that we had booked a 6 nights, 7 days luxury trip, the following would be improvement areas I would sight for both Travel Triangle and Aans Holidays : (a) Lack of warmth: Neither Aans Holidays nor Travel Triangle bothered to call a few days into the trip, to check how it was going and whether there was any area which could be corrected . However, both called immediately to remind me when payment was due. Mohd Tanweer from Travel Triangle who was supposed to be my point contact from Travel Triangle, never bothered to call me throughout the trip (b) A room with Wifi excluded was booked at Le Meridien Kochi. Given the clear luxury intent of the holiday, it seemed silly for room without Wifi to be booked (c) The taxi driver for Kochi : Mr Prince was fluent in both English, Hindi. However, our taxi driver for Munnar : Mr Amman was not fluent in either Hindi or English. This sort of reduced the effectiveness of our communication with him, though overall he - like Mr Prince was a good driver. (d) While booking the trip, I was assured that there was no daily limit of taxi KM travelled etc... however, during the actual trip on enquiring about "cherai beach in Kochi", I was told that this would be outside my limit of local travel allowed. However, I did not press the matter, and instead just stuck to the original sightseeing points. My point is that at booking time one does not know the places well. So if there is a variation of 40-50 KM between original plan and actuals, it should be allowed for - particularly if that is what was promised during booking. (e) Overall, this was a good experience for us and like I said all the core commitments were met well by both Aans Holidays and Travel Triangle. I would here give them 9 marks out of 10. The 1 mark lost is because of the points mentioned above, otherwise I would be giving a score of 10 marks out of 10.

Overall the trip is nyc and travel agent also good and cab driver also gud.
