Overall Mixed reviews for Kerala trip booked from Aans Holiday. Positive element: Driver - Well mannered, polite and well informed about places. He maintained his car well and was definitely a great companion througout our trip. Will give 5 stars to Padma. Area of improvement: Hotels and Overall experience - I booked 4 hotels during my 7 day trip. Out of 4, 2 were recommended by me and rest 2 are booked by agent. There were issues with rest of the 2 hotels booked by agent. When it was clearly mentioned that I'm looking for premium experience with no specific budget constraint, agent booked standard boat in Allepey and a resort in Munnar with lack of hospitality experience. Inspite of sharing feedback in the beginning of trip, there was no response from traveltraingle staff or agent to improve upon. Agent just confuse experience with premium room. Premium room is never the aim of traveler. It is the complete experience (with multiple factors like view, food, surroundings, hospitality) that needs to improve here. Agent sounds sincere but, really need to work on overall experience rather than just sticking to premium or budget set of hotels to book.

We have a very good experience with the quality of service u have provided as well as with the hotels. We were not such satisfide with driver bcz of some communication gap and the policy of service till 7 only. If that duration can be extend than it would pleasant for us overall very good trip with lots of memories

It was great to book our travel journey through aans holidays. The driver Boby helps us to click d pics f both during the journey. We travel through all d view points and the famous locations. The best part is to visit Munnar with lil bit of rain drops and an awesome weather too. We travel in the starting month of august with a monsoon and the weather is awesome there in Kerala. Aans holidays travelling agent Mrs. Jaymol planned a nice trip for both f us and hotels are preety good with a decent service. Cab Drvr Boby is a nice person and is well in time during d whole trip. We visited waterfalls, national park, different view points, kerala- Tamil naidu border etc. during the trip but being deprived of seeing tiger reserve in the periyar national park, hope to see next time.

It was a great trip that My brother in law had cherished to the core. I have done the booking for my Brother -in law for 5 days and 3 nights Kerala Trip through Aans Holiday. Jaymol was a great help and was always available. The hotel property that was given to them was best in the budget. Mr. booby- the driver for the trip was really a great help as he can communicate in English and Hindi. the vehicle provided was as per promised Fiat Linea. Thanks Travel Triangle and Aans Holidays!!

Overall trip was good..

It was a good trip. . I liked wonder valley... awsome adventure games in it.. all other places were also good like rose garden. echo point.. which had beautiful senary.. and because it was raining v cudnt Play in beach.. all the hotels were good.. I liked atlas hotel very much.. aAns holiday home, seasons thekady was good ... I dint like boat house (bad quality) . U should bargain prices in all the shops ... only one item that is cheap in kerala is banana chips. . Kg 180rs.. I dint like the food there. . They put dried grapes in all the food... which made the biriyani sweet... yuk I hate sweet biriyani. .. It was a good trip. . Overall a great experience. All hotels were great only houseboat quality could have been better. Jaymol from Aans holidays was exceptional in support.

I am not satisfied with candlelight dinner in boathouse and cockroaches in kondai lip resort , remaining all are good Traveling in boathouse and resort food is very tasty and climate in resort beautiful

Great experience We had excellent Honeymoon trip. Brought back great memories. Cab driver Mr Joby was excellent in his profession. There was small misunderstanding wrt lunch in Thekedy, otherwise it's great experience with Aans. Guys at Boating house were humble and friendly.

it was a memorable vacation with your well planned itinerary, however one hotel that I would never recommend is the hotel cherai. Also, at least at Thekri, option of AC rooms should be taken from guests. Thanks for your well planned trip especially Ms Joymole and driver Padmasen with the trip are stars of your organization, keep it up. of course stay at tree house (Dream catcher) at Munnar and Poovar island resort
