Travel Triangle is doing a great job in coordinating everyone and making our trip hassle free. From Cab Driver to Hotel Staff all are polite and very responsible. There is no worry at all & it was like a dream Holiday Trip for us. We cherish the memories of this Trip just because of you guys. I had made the necessary calls to the travel agent for a reconfirmation of my Kochi-Munnar trip on the previous day. We were six family members with 2 children and my father (senior citizen). We were supposed to be at 'Spice Jungle Resort (SJR)' for our two-nights stay at Munnar. We traveled very happily on the first day and reached the designated place (around 5pm), to get a pickup from the hotel guy by a jeep to reach the hotel. To my utter shock and embarrassment found that the SJR guys had canceled my bookings and the travel agency was unaware of it. We had to wait in chilly weather at the road side to wait for the agency to make alternate arrangements and then travel another 20 mins to reach the place newly allotted. Although the new place was an upgraded version of my previously planned stay, all the agency had to do was call up the SJR people for a reconfirmation the way I had done before starting my journey with the agency. It is necessary that the agency understands that for middle class people like us, these travels are very valuable in terms of money and emotions. For the last three months (my bookings were confirmed in February), we as a family had talked a lot about the travel. To get a jolt of no reservation and being allotted a new hotel was very disturbing. The new hotel had a menu set as per their prebooked visitors and we had no choice but to eat from the menu set for them and with no ala-carte, my family was very disappointed. The only good as far as this trip was concerned was the driver given to us by the travel agency. Excellent!!! I have personally felt very wronged and this bitter experience, at the first holiday we ever had as a family, will always remain with me....

the trip to Munnar was awesome.thekady was not so good... especially the hotel.

I had an amazing trip to Munnar, Thekkady and Kochi with Sky Tours. Special thanks to their travel agent Miss Swati for always being in contact for any help and thus ensuring a trouble free trip. The hotel accommodations were beyond expectations with valley side view and clean and comfortable rooms. The cab driver was fluent in both English and Hindi and hence there was no communication issues. He was also well versed with all the tourist places and ensured that we covered the itinerary as planned for the day. The best part of the trip was the house boat stay in backwaters. The staffs were extremely polite and cooperative and ensured that we had an experience of a lifetime. Kudos to Sky tours for the perfectly planned and executed Kerala trip.

In my package there are honeymoon inclusion. But in my trip no candle light dinner, no cake was not provide to me. Driver are very eco- friendly, nice behaviour. Also help in guiding about kerala

Service of Travel agent was OK. Not good , because first of all. Before Start of the trip. We discussed that I need swife desire only for the trip. Specific mantioned desire . But, they sent indigo. After one day of tour they changed the cab.. and in munnar they gave hotel 30km before the munnar. And when I told them to change the hotel. They said I have to pay extra for that.. so I compromise there also. On the day of tree house. When I was on the way to check out. That resort told us to wait. Because they didn't get payment from the travel agent. So I have to face a bit of trouble there also. Just want to say TRAVEL TRAINGLE. plz make sure what kind of services they providing to your customers.. Tree house and the house boat. Awesome..

hi Munner Hotel oak field is very bad in hoouse boat all good just ac not working well, kochi hotel park connect is very good . over all trip was good.

It was my honeymoon. We really dragged the sky tours and travels for making the itinerary perfect for us and they really helped us to make the trip memorable. I would like to specially thank Rita form sky tours for arranging the fantastic trip for us. Fog Resort Munnar. Just an amazing hospitality and experience. One must visit the resort for leisure time.
