First of all, the booking experience. Well, it was without any difficulty and well managed. I did not face any difficulty in getting the details of the trip or making payment. 2nd the cabby experience. The cab given was very good and well maintained. The driver Jaleel was very friendly and co-operative. He infact suggested us the shops to buy things from and all of them were good ones. He bought us food as well when the hotel room service people refused. He was a + point in the whole trip. 3rd about the hotel rooms for the initial two days. The name of the hotel was MIST-INN-RESORT. The room was good. But the AC never worked. We did not bother since it was not hot in the city. They provided breakfast and it was bad. We got a cockroach in the food on 2nd day. We did not feel like eating anything in the hotel after that. The room service people demand money as soon as they do something for us. For example, on the day one when we checked in it was lunch hour. We gave money and asked the guy to get us lunch. As soon as he comes back he asks for money. I did not see this kind of behavior from the room service people even in the local lodges in my hometown. On the house boat for third night, it was good. The food cooked was really awesome and the cook was really good in terms of behavior and service. We were happy with the service at this place. Overall, it was a good experience. But, i would like to look for other options to suggest in case the hotel MIST-INN resort is included in the plan. The rating would have been 10 in case Mist-Inn experience was good.
