First of all, the booking experience. Well, it was without any difficulty and well managed. I did not face any difficulty in getting the details of the trip or making payment. 2nd the cabby experience. The cab given was very good and well maintained. The driver Jaleel was very friendly and co-operative. He infact suggested us the shops to buy things from and all of them were good ones. He bought us food as well when the hotel room service people refused. He was a + point in the whole trip. 3rd about the hotel rooms for the initial two days. The name of the hotel was MIST-INN-RESORT. The room was good. But the AC never worked. We did not bother since it was not hot in the city. They provided breakfast and it was bad. We got a cockroach in the food on 2nd day. We did not feel like eating anything in the hotel after that. The room service people demand money as soon as they do something for us. For example, on the day one when we checked in it was lunch hour. We gave money and asked the guy to get us lunch. As soon as he comes back he asks for money. I did not see this kind of behavior from the room service people even in the local lodges in my hometown. On the house boat for third night, it was good. The food cooked was really awesome and the cook was really good in terms of behavior and service. We were happy with the service at this place. Overall, it was a good experience. But, i would like to look for other options to suggest in case the hotel MIST-INN resort is included in the plan. The rating would have been 10 in case Mist-Inn experience was good.

Excellent service from Sky tours. All hotels were booked well and was very comfortable to stay as well. Special mention of the Tourist guide and driver Sijo who was very friendly and was helpful in showing us around. He showed us all places without fatigue. He was active till the end of the trip. And thanks to Ms.Rita who arranged the trip meticulously. Thanks for the memorable trip.

We have bn charged on ac of premium boat , but nothing was luxuary. Your house boat co. River land is poor and mismanage staff.

Overall it was a nice trip. Although trip was a little bit hactic but carrying back a bundle of good memories along with me. Driver during the whole trip plays a very important role, in which we were very lucky. Houseboating, Munnar site seeing were the best and undorgettable momebts of life.

Trip was fine we enjoyed it so much.Only trenquil green hotel in thekkedy was 50 km away from city but hotel was good.Cab driver was very nice person.Thanking tour team . Enjoyed so much in Allepey house boat.

Travel agent Jaideep is a excellent person he arranged all what he promised. Munnar and back water boat is an excellent experience which is unforgettable. but one more thing Mr Stephen is our cab driver is also a great person and his driving is superb. its is one of my great remembrable time. Drive with Mr. Stephen (cab rider) in hilly areas is most memorable time.

Tour was very well organised. Skytours was good in planning the trip as per our requirement. hotel's were beautiful and can driver was not so good. All hotels were beautiful and stay was awesome however one in Kovalam we had bad experience in terms of everything. Whole hotel was empty and no Room service. Driver always insisted about paid boat rides and sightseeing where he could earn commission inspite of our denial. In every trip there are pros and cons however this was 4/5 rating.

The hotels were not as informed I had booked 4 & 5 star hotel while the one i got were max 3 star, i felt cheated on this count, though break fast and service in hotels were good. The transportation was up to the mark and the driver was very cooperative. However,the coordination at airport pick up was not there and had to make few calls and wait for the cab.

Hotel provided by sky tours & travel are not as per standard as i have book 3 star hotel and get 2 star hotel with no proper service. Whereas i still not received my refund for hotel. The trip was nicely completed due to guide mr.binoj. memorable thing is allepy houseboat.

The services provided by Tanya from sky tours and travels was excellent. The trips was planned very well, hotels were nice and driver was cooperative.

We had a short trip of 4night 5 days. Hotel misty mountaion in munnar & Spring dale in takkdi was a pure beauty and it was a pleasant stay there. The driver was late & not good, friendly and informative & he drink at last day and ruined our mood . I would have given sky tours and travels a 3 star rating had it not been our complete disappointing experience with the houseboat stay & candle light dinner, It would have been much better as compare to our budget.
