I had an amazing trip to Munnar, Thekkady and Kochi with Sky Tours. Special thanks to their travel agent Miss Swati for always being in contact for any help and thus ensuring a trouble free trip. The hotel accommodations were beyond expectations with valley side view and clean and comfortable rooms. The cab driver was fluent in both English and Hindi and hence there was no communication issues. He was also well versed with all the tourist places and ensured that we covered the itinerary as planned for the day. The best part of the trip was the house boat stay in backwaters. The staffs were extremely polite and cooperative and ensured that we had an experience of a lifetime. Kudos to Sky tours for the perfectly planned and executed Kerala trip.

In my package there are honeymoon inclusion. But in my trip no candle light dinner, no cake was not provide to me. Driver are very eco- friendly, nice behaviour. Also help in guiding about kerala

Service of Travel agent was OK. Not good , because first of all. Before Start of the trip. We discussed that I need swife desire only for the trip. Specific mantioned desire . But, they sent indigo. After one day of tour they changed the cab.. and in munnar they gave hotel 30km before the munnar. And when I told them to change the hotel. They said I have to pay extra for that.. so I compromise there also. On the day of tree house. When I was on the way to check out. That resort told us to wait. Because they didn't get payment from the travel agent. So I have to face a bit of trouble there also. Just want to say TRAVEL TRAINGLE. plz make sure what kind of services they providing to your customers.. Tree house and the house boat. Awesome..

hi Munner Hotel oak field is very bad in hoouse boat all good just ac not working well, kochi hotel park connect is very good . over all trip was good.

It was my honeymoon. We really dragged the sky tours and travels for making the itinerary perfect for us and they really helped us to make the trip memorable. I would like to specially thank Rita form sky tours for arranging the fantastic trip for us. Fog Resort Munnar. Just an amazing hospitality and experience. One must visit the resort for leisure time.

Hotel was not good. More like a lodge than a hotel.

I would rate sky travel by 2/5. They have given bare minimum support after the booking of package. But they were fine at their job in providing that minimum facilities. I would mention two incidents here which are reason for downgrade ratings 1 - Hotel blue haze resort was very bad. Their rooms were stinky, almirah were broken, towels were not clean. Even that room were look like hotel room. Only satisfactory thing was their behaviour. 2 - Other is houseboat guys asking money from me told me that they did not get money from travel agent. I was shocked how unprofessional they are. Then i have to made multiple calls to travel agent and travel triangle advisor. None of calls were responded. then i got a call from sky travels guy and told me that he is working on issue. Also they have told me that driver will understand english but as expected i have to communicate in english with him.

Munnar & Alleppy both places are one of its kind in India. Every thing was planned good. However, in Alleppy on 4th Mar Driver got changed without any prior information. The new driver had not took us to the planned places in Cochin. His only intention was to drop us at Airport. Because of him we had spend 5 Hrs in stupid shoping mall. This thing ultimately deteriorate the image of Travel agent and Travel Triangle. Travel agent planned the trip very well till Alleppy.
