Enjoyed a lot thnx to travel triangle and sky tours

Hotel was not good. More like a lodge than a hotel.

I would rate sky travel by 2/5. They have given bare minimum support after the booking of package. But they were fine at their job in providing that minimum facilities. I would mention two incidents here which are reason for downgrade ratings 1 - Hotel blue haze resort was very bad. Their rooms were stinky, almirah were broken, towels were not clean. Even that room were look like hotel room. Only satisfactory thing was their behaviour. 2 - Other is houseboat guys asking money from me told me that they did not get money from travel agent. I was shocked how unprofessional they are. Then i have to made multiple calls to travel agent and travel triangle advisor. None of calls were responded. then i got a call from sky travels guy and told me that he is working on issue. Also they have told me that driver will understand english but as expected i have to communicate in english with him.

Munnar & Alleppy both places are one of its kind in India. Every thing was planned good. However, in Alleppy on 4th Mar Driver got changed without any prior information. The new driver had not took us to the planned places in Cochin. His only intention was to drop us at Airport. Because of him we had spend 5 Hrs in stupid shoping mall. This thing ultimately deteriorate the image of Travel agent and Travel Triangle. Travel agent planned the trip very well till Alleppy.

Booked a kerela tour with sky tours through travel triangle. Initially all the agents were very proactive. But after I booked it, I had to call repeatedly for each of the things. Be it hotel vouchers or cab. There was no communication from any agent even a day before my trip regarding the cab or my tour. Was provided with a very new driver who was a nice man but didnt speak hindi/ english and took 90 mins to just get out of cochin city after asking several people. We pretty much completed the tour ourselves with no guidance from either of the tour company. My idea of booking through travel companies was different. The hotels were good! The houseboat was very average. Overall i would prefer booking my trips myself rather than through companies.

We took our package for Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey via Kochi for 4night 5 days. I was promised 4 star hotels in the package. The first hotel didn't felt like a 4 star hotel. The location was ok, but deep inside through miles of narrow roads. The Camellia Twin tower resort in Munnar was my first hotel - one day 1, they might have given me the cheapest room in their hotel. TV remote not working, Spider webs on the Fan, No AC, Comode flush, bathing shower were not working, bathroom exhaust window glass broken. Tower and blankets were very low and had open stitching and threads. Being a 4 star there were no toothbrush, no shaving kit, no hair dryer in the room. On request they changed the hotel room on day 2. Day 2 room was ok but still without AC. Staff was good, food was also good but overall stay experience not satisfying. 2nd Thekkady - mountain courtyard was my hotel. Same here - there was no AC. Room was ok but yes it missed the 4 star rated hotel experience. Food here was not that great. Food serving took too much time. There were cockroaches in the bed. Staff was good welcome was great but still overall experience not satisfactory. Day 4 we shifted to Boat house in Alleppey - for boat house we were told that it would be a premium 5star AC boat. We got into the boat and the boat was not what we expected. It looked somewhat old - say it a 3 star. We got into our rooms. In first 5 minutes the bathroom exhaust got fire due to short circuit. It was all smell of wire burning in the room now. The boat house staff was very good at care taking. Great food was served on the boat - no complains for the food. In facilities - our AC was damn old and without remote - once you start it, it would run with same speed. No temperature control, no buttons. No option for hot water, neither the bathroom water was clean. It seemed to be somewhat turbid. Our Agent failed to inform us about the time-change of our flight. We went 1 hour early to airport for check-in and realized we were the last passenger and in next 2 minutes we would have lost our flight. The Airlines said they tried calling us but couldn't get us. Now we don't know who's contact was provided by the agent. Luckily we boarded the flight and reached home. Our mistake - covering 3 places in 5days (most of our time went into travelling). While discussing hotels, please also confirm room quality and room category. Best thing by Travel agent - great cab driver. Honest and decent man.

Hotels are very good..cab and driver also very good and supportive . At House boat food was very good and staff were very polite and supportive but room was very small..I aspect more comfort at premium house boat but it is avarage experience. Need some improvement here.

Best travel service from Skytour. Special credit to Mr. Jaideep for being active and supportive till the end of this trip. Hotel at all places (Munnar, Allepy, thekaady & Kovalam) were more than the expectations. Driver during the whole trip plays a very important role, in which we were very lucky due to Mr. Sizu's assistant. Again credit goes to Mr. Jaideep :):). My husband also appreciated each and every service as per the assurance. Initially i was having doubt for the service but i felt relaxed and more comfort from the Day 1. Worth for the charges and provided best service. House boat was also good with the premium service and all the commitments has been maintained by Mr. Jaideep by all the arrangements. Overall it was a nice trip with a bundle of good and unforgettable memories. Heartily Thanks to Sky tour and travles team. Suggest others also to give them a chance for a best trip.

Memorable trip, sky tour nd travel organised everything perfectly nd make our trip awesome and a big thanx to swati who is available for us each nd every time. Love this journey..

A very well organized tour by Sky tours and travel. Highly satisfied with overall planning, hotels, food, car and our driver. All the hotels we stayed were excellent. The Great Escape resort in Munnar is pure beauty. Spring dale in Thekkady and Sagara beach resort in Kovalam were excellent and pleasant to stay. The house boat experience in Allepy was amazing. Courteous staff and delicious food. We faced some problem regarding payment in Kovalam resort, which was solved in minutes by Ms Rita from Sky tours and travel. The service provided by her throughout was excellent. Our driver Abdul was very good. A very calm and professional person, excellent driver and had detail knowledge about all the places we visited. He became a good friend at the end. Overall an awesome tour. Thanks Sky tours and travel.
