Experience with Cab & driver was excellent as he acted as a guide also. Hotel at Thekkady was superb. Facilities at Houseboats could have been improved in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall the trip was memorable. Like to get the services of Travel Triangle in future too. Stay at Grand Thekkady Hotel with upgraded facilities.

Overall trip was good one. There are few pro and cons which will be helpful for others to plan accordingly Pro`s. 1.Good driver decent and good driving (Mr.shahid). Was punctual and supportive 2.elephant resort @ Thekady and river tree @ Munnar ..boat house at allepy was quite decent and clean & supportive staff 3. FOOD was good . 4.Mr.karan from rocking trips was supportive and responded well during the trip ..thanks to him 5.Mare blu resort opposite to cherai beach was quite beautiful view from the balcony and food breakfast was good ..idiappam and black chena. Con's 1. ITENARY was quite too big list to cover all the location 2.Planning of the tour to be improved. Dat includes the travel time /traffic and other miscellaneous to be taken into consideration. Ex. Our flight from cochin @ 12:30 PM. But itenary showed the areas to covered on the travel date too.. In short we need to Check the schedule and destination and plan and correct with the agents in advance as we rescheduled. 2.Dont fall prey for false promises.such as coupons and complimentary vouchers etc... In such case make it clear and demand for the same before making complete payment during booking. 3. MARE Blu resort at cochin opp to cherai beach. Room allotted was STD a normal AC room which was promised to be 3star during booking .but unfortunately NOT.. ...Room was clean but foul smell..later the attendees sprayed the room freshner Point I would like to make is ..once the booking is done and vouchers were delivered check the same in website or hotel management what kind of room it is..whether normal or deluxe or super deluxe is it asper ur STD or not as promised as per 3/4/5 star.. 4. BETTER to follow up frequently about the Trip ..room booking..driver details...and other things with the agent well in advance / travelling from one location to other on the prior day about room booking confirmation etc..so that everything goes as per plan and schedule. 5. One of the agent with whom the booking was proceeded booked Hotel and supported for rescheduling before booking was seen quite opposite and in case of some difficulties (Foul smell in room @ Mareblu) tend to become offensive and Non responsive during the trip .and says he can,t do anything I have done my best such an irresponsible answer no concern to support. Boat house at allepy was very good experience..neat and well decorated. .. Staff was supportive and very punctual..good food. Overall good trip...thankyou travel Triangle (rockjngtrips).:)

Hotel check in time and checkout not managed Best coordination at Dubai for every itenery

It was well Organised tour and the deals what we got was really amazing. There could have been more inclusion in the package I guess. My suggestion to the team is, when we book a private coach you need to allot more time in the Itinerary for places like Genting Highlands, Sunway Lagoon - really felt that we were allotted very less time to spend in the destination.

Am satisfied with the trip but travel agents should have been aware each point clearly then only it would helpful to the customers one of my agent he did not aware of the terms and policies of the hotels so I felt very bad in these area should improve more Best memory was we participated in nepalis bridge walking with my wife so it was horrible and memorable one

The stay in the Sun island was awesome and i have no complaints regarding that. The only issue was with the stay in the Male city in Season holidays. The hotel room was pathetic and i had to replace the room due to bed bugs! Also the breakfast was not provided to us as promised even though after informing them well in advance and multiple times about our early departure. Please take some action towards the hotel as this was totally unacceptable.

Had great time Every activity memorable one. Hotel provided good vegetarian cuisine

Travellers can be guided well in advance about the places in the country to be visited, so that they can make and informed decision about which places to visit and which to leave. We were intimated at the very last minute that our first day night safari in singapore could not be managed due to timings issues. Isn't it for the tour operator to see what the traveller wishes to see and whether the itinerary will fit in his timing? If not, then what is the role exactly of the tour operator. I am compelled to give poor ratings because of lack of information provied to me well in advance about the county to be visited. Serendipitously, singapore itself was very good tour

It was good but some thing missing Like they provided only one uper deck boat.cab driver didn't go to the marrari beach. Like many things missing

Overall experience is awesome and all the arrangement is fabulous during the trip. I will book lot more trips with travel triangle in future. Adventure water sport activities and sunset visit is awesome. Nice and helping people in Mauritius.
