I went to Malaysia trip. Rocking trip has organized my package for hotel and other amenities apart from flights. It was really good. Service providers was great. Just the one thing I didn't like is that airport drop was just 4 hours before flight which is very risky. As according to international flight we have to reach 2:30 hours before flight timing n we reached 2 hours before but luckily I was able to check in. I would recommend to take private ride to airport atleast 5 hours before flight as it's 40 kms from airport. Hope to take another foreign trip with them with some improvements.

So the driver should be one allocated to the whole trip.

Paclage was good and services is appreceiated. First day cryise experience was horrible but rest of the days were fabulous. Little expesive compare to other tours and many things were not covered. Please compare before fix up.

Good thing was that the hotel booking and flight booking had no problems. Improvement needed - customer service. Once the initial booking was done, there was a drastic decline in the level of service and the representative also changed. Documents to be carried for visa on arrival was told to me on the day of travel. Luckily we had researched on the net and got the information much earlier. But not everyone is internet savvy. That is minimum expectation - to share the formalities needed for visa well ahead of time.

A Good trip but there were few let downs. The first was the boat house, which had very basic facilities and furnishing, not as per expectation. Second the cab driver was not really interested in the sightseeing. Tried to made excuses there will be rush in Cochin and tried to suggest we skip the sightseeing. Zero sightseeing guidance , we had to rely on our own research. I had to call him every night to figure the next days schedule. The booking experience with them was good and their people were responsive.
