Phuket was really a good coordination and orgnised by both rocking trips and travel agent. However Bangkok package was really messed up and organizing the pick ups tickets was bad from both end. Rocking trip guys fr India were cordinatingvery well with us and helping us.

Room luxury wise its 4 star room but its old building and old fashioned. 4 star luxury because they provide good amenities like sofa, tv, wardrobes, hot water kettle, cutleries (plate, spoon, fork, knife, coffee cups), hair drier. Basic thing is bed to sleep that was only not so cushioning and the one which we got had wheels which was annoying as you had to push it back to place, also it was single beds joined as double bed. Bath towels and bedsheets are also old, not so clean and did not even change for new set the next day. Complimentary water bottles are also given in glass bottles which can be used only in room and we cannot carry it if your spending entire day out. Wifi is restricted to number of days of the stay and to the floor you are staying, its not even accessible at reception area. They also need to provide room use sandals, nowadays even 3 star hotel provides this. The hotel does lot of cultural difference and the staff have a very bad attitude.
