Thanks for organizing this trip, I appreciate your support. However, I would like to highlight that we were not notified about few local taxes that were mandatory for island tours. It would be great if you could highlight those so that the traveling cost can be anticipated. Overall good experience and I recommend your services. Hopefully in next 4 months I will request for another travel package :) Deevana Plaza hotel at Krabi, cabs provided during transfers, island tours, speed board rides..

Rocking trips helped me finalize and book the destination in a period of 3 days. They were quick to respond except on weekend, but it was a weekend. One thing is TT and any agent should make the customer aware of their payment modes and additional changes for any payment other than IMPS/RTGS. I was left running around during payment. Also TT has multiple accounts and bank A/C once added might not be valid for the next trip. Because I had to make the payment in a day, it cause me a lot of inconvenience. In short, TT and agent should make sure the customer knows about the modes of payment and charges levied before proceeding with the booking. Also I had mentioned to the agent about Veg meal inflight. It was missed and I had to do it by myself. Overall experience was a good one.

Kerala is a wonderful place organized by Travel Triangle. The hotel properties were not as per expectations, standard and seemed too expensive as per the rates charged. However the driver Sajan and his cab was too good and did the balancing act and made our trip memorable. I am giving a 4 star **** just bcoz of driver or would have been even one less. Munnar is the place to be.. suggest travellers to extend a day more or even skip Thekkady

Everything was good.the driver Mr Rajeesh was amazing .he never missed any places and he was punctual and was a very good and perfect guide. The itinerary was designed perfectly. The house boat facilities was good. Hotels in munnar and thekady was good but could have been a little better but no regrets.overall the trip was amazing and was perfectly executed. I suggest everybody to opt rocking trips for any trip
