There was no synchronization between India and malaysia organisation team. The trip organisers from India did not even know the basic details of itinerary and the Malaysia organisers were not at all responsive. Our flight got delayed and they did not even make an attempt to make minor changes in itinerary even after calling multiple times. Before the trip started, they called us only for payment and we had to chase them for getting trip details, checklist, etc. They kept changing POCs each time and they changed four POCs overall.

The hotel's were quite far off from the main place and few were not even 3 star...not good property.. dint suggest good places to visit and we wasted tooooo much time in travelling intact travelled almost 800 Kms in 6 days and with kids it was really bad. U cannot rely only on travel agents this is the lesson for future

I booked Dubai trip via travelTriangle. Chose rocking trips as my travel partner. Rocking trips booked my packages through another agent in Dubai which was very good, so Rocking trips didn't have much role in my trip. But they booked almost all the packages as promised initially, only booked Burj Khalifa slots 2 hrs later than promised to save their money (5pm prime time,as they promised,costs more than 7pm slot) . Had to fight a lot before going before they gave me the right slot. Overall I got a good pricing, thanks to Rocking trips, but their people became irregular in picking up my calls after the full payment was made. But my trip ended up as promised by them, after some hustle and tustle.

I am very disappointed with the agency, listing down my reasons for this 1. The cab driver who is supposed to pick us up from the airport left as the flight was delayed, we had to go to the hotel by bus. 2. Even though we booked the trip for 10 members and always got a private vehicle, it was not a dedicated vehicle, the vehicle was allotted for a specific amount of time as per the itinerary, drivers were continuously calling and sometimes shouted at us if we are late for the morning pick up or if we spend some extra time at some point. Drivers threatened us that they would leave us and go if we don't reach the pick up point at correct time. 3. The accommodation provided in langkawi was far away from any beach in the island, we were not provided sea facing rooms too. 4. The timings provided in itinerary were not at all enough to cover the places, we could not even extend them as the drivers did not allow us to do so. 5. Last and most frustrating, the agency does not have any team in Malaysia, they sub contracted this to some other agency, they did not follow the itinerary we finalized. They do not respond to our calls or messages. When we questioned them why they are not following the itinerary, they said that they have nothing to do with the itinerary created by rocking trips. The agent from India team does not know anything about trip in malaysia, he would always redirect to Malaysia contact who does not respond or denies assistance. I would suggest to go with some other better agency.
