Our 1 week trip to Malaysia covering Kuala lampur and Langkawi from Rocky travels via Travel Triangle was decent enough. I won't say it was great, flaw-less or 100% high quality delivery from Rocky travels. Our overall stay in Kuala Lampur was smooth, easy-going, pick-up/drop well on time, regular communication with vendor to ensure seem less travel experience. Our problem started in Langkawi where Rocky travels has tie-up with some local tours guide by some name 'Oceanara' (I am forgetting the name). In Langkawi, the moment we landed at airport, the cab driver started luring us to buy one more additional tour listing 4-5 attractions costing 100 Ringgit per person . But when we actually visited those places, except one boat tours, all others were worthless. We wasted our money. Moreover tour guide neither welcomed us well nor narrated anything about those places (Bat cave, Crocodile Cave etc), it was almost a self-guided tour. Next day, cab driver picked us late from our place in spite of the fact we paid extra for private cab and then at Island Hopping Tour, tour guide started rushing us up into boat as if we made mistake in reaching late. On our last day of trip, most horrible thing happened, driver didn't show up on time as we had flight to catch back home. We made numerous calls to local tours agency, Sufian (Main Malaysian Tour Operator) but they kept us fooling saying they are unable to find our place instead of accepting the fact they were late. Finally we lost all our hope, with 2 year baby and lots of luggage in hand, we booked another taxi to airport to catch flight. Langkawi experience was horrible. Seems everyone wants to make money from customers and don't care about service delivery in return.

The overall experience was okay. However, certain issues/experiences are necessary to be shared for necessary corrective action: • This trip was originally finalised for Rs. 1,22,000 on 21.08.2019 (almost 4 months in advance and 1st installment was paid same day) • However, Mr. Robin of Rocking Trips informed over phone same day in evening that air fare has increased and Rs. 1500 will be charged extra on this account, otherwise this booking will be cancelled. Considering more inconvenience on account of cancellation (as conveyed/threatened), I accepted this increase of Rs. 1500. So, the final cost of the trip became Rs. 1,23,500. But Rs. 1,25,000 has been collected from me for this trip which is not fair. It is requested to please refund me Rs. 3,000 (Diff. of finalised trip amount Rs. 1,22,000 & actually collected Rs. 1,25,000 online through your payment link)

My experience was great from day 1 to end of the trip. I just loved the way things went and the cab driver provided by you was perfect at his job. Just a small prob at kovalam hotel as that was not upto the mark. Hope u guys look onto it. Rest all was just perfect 2 days spent in munnar are the best till date.

Our Travel experience was good; Hotel staff was co-operative and we have liked their hospitality towards there services. Our hotel room was unexpectedly quite comfortable. There are 02 issues that can be modified for others i.e. Dubai city tour and miracle garden. During the Dubai city tour, we got limited time to explore the places and it has covered not so popular places like famous mosques and beaches. We spent hardly 1/2 an hour on the beach. Also, the timing in the miracle garden should be in the evening. I would also like to add and appreciate the co-ordination with cab drivers they are co-operative and humble. But our co-ordination with our travel agent of Rocking trip was not good.

Everything was good during trip but the spice hotel in thekkadi was not good at all... The service provided in spice hotel is very bad.. after my repeated complaints also they didn't respond.. because of this we reached to the Allepy houseboat very late.. approximately we were 2 to 3 hours late.. We couldn't enjoyed properly our Allepy trip.. This was very disappointed with the trip. i need to think again in future before planning for any trip

The boathouse provided was in bad condition...had very old furniture..Only rooms were maintained to an extent...all other parts of the boat need to be maintained. Blue Mare hotel was good. Geysers in both boat and hotel we're not working. They managed to give little hot water in the bucket. Food was good in both places and cab driver was awesome
