Rocking Trips

Anshuman and Chetna were fabulous made my trip enjoyable n unforgettable.... and Rohit in Bangkok was too polite and helpful on going trip... Best was the Chao paya cruise... and safari world......

It was a trip of 5 days to Munnar, Thekkady and Allepy. The driver (Eldho Thomas from Pepper Kerala Travels) was nice and friendly person. His driving skills and knowledge on site seeing places helped us to cover most of the places. Thanks Eldho. The tea plantations at Munnar was the best part of whole trip. It was a pleasant weather there. Elephant ride in thakkedy was awesome. Houseboat in allepy was good and the crew team was very friendly. Worst part of the entire trip is journey from Bangalore to Munnar. Bus suppose to board @10:30pm but bus came @1:30am because of which we missed half a day trip.

The initial coordination started off well and got prompt responses. But after the payments were done, I had to take the proactive steps to reach out to the agent for any clarifications. Often faced a lot of panic. For most of my queries or issues, TravelTraingle were just mute spectators who could not do much about them. Luckily, because of the support and service that I received from the travel agents in KL and Langkawi, the trip was not that bad after all.

i did very last minute booking but it was really wonderful experience with Traveltriangle and rocking trips, Thanks a lot to Ms Meenakshi we had really wonderful time in Maldives, Fun Island resort hospitality is superb, food is also nice with Indian options and lovely desserts my son enjoyed speed boat ride it was always on time, everything was perfect . i will surely plan next trip with u guys :)

Good trip . It was an awesome trip and awesome island. The water activities were good and staff behaviour and service of resort is awesome. Water villa is one of the luxurious thing which everyone should try.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff of Rocking Trips. They gave us good guidance in terms of which resort to go for and helping us with the flights.

Amazing trip. I was immediately connected to travel agents and was shared various quotes within 2 days. The response was quick and apt. I chose quote offered by rockingtrips. This was my second booking via travel triangle. You can definitely try the service and get the best deal out there.

I just finished a weeklong trip to Singapore with my family. The same was booked through travel triangle and services through rocking trips. The quote and the payment system was quite simplified and was perfect for my needs. The travel triangle team was quite proactive in suggesting us the itenary and the guide us on the trip . Post comparing a coupe of quotes we settled on the quote by rocking trips as it most suited our budget. A few good things about the whole process • Transparent billing procedure, no hidden costs as such • Itenary was customised as per our requirement • Constant follow-up by different personnel • Itenary mentioned was followed throughout the tour • The Singapore travel team was really competent on providing services as mentioned on the voucher. A few things that left a sour taste in the mouth • Absolutely no or very delayed response once all the payment was collected, especially from the travel triangle team. The trip coordinator Vaishali gave zero responses to mails, phone calls , what’s app messages and sms .Made me wonder if I had made the wrong choice of selecting travel triangle to coordinate my trip • The rocking trips team of Harman and Mitesh were equally frustrating as they went back and forth on commitments made before payments. Some of the commitments which were not met are mentioned below : • Probably the fact that we were three separate families travelling from three different cities in India made it difficult for rocking trips to coordinate everything including visa( which I personally acquired on my own and one of us had to pay extra to get the same delivered) . • Constant calls in Singapore for some random photoshoot at various places which I was informed to do. I initially agreed for the same however the same was not conducted , Some lady then called me and wanted me to take my family to a different location for the photoshoot which I refused .This was uncalled for and could have been managed better However I must mention Harman from rocking tours for his commitment , as he constantly called and checked on the tour and post he tour about the overall satisfaction Overall the trip was successful and upto my satisfaction. Could have been coordinated a lot better though by travel triangle, Somehow did not feel the support once all payment was made. Then the only person coordinating was Harman from rocking trips I had personally suggested travel triangle to my family after a very satisfactory Udaipur trip in Feb and felt the team was the right team to organise my travels .Will continue using them for my trips in the future and sincerely hope the feedback given is taken in the right sense and worked upon

Well organized trip. Trip to singapore was exceptional. Trip to Malaysia could have been better. Absolutely nothing was planned as part of trip to Malaysia. Hotel at Malaysia was amazing with a terrific view of twin towers Universal studios Sea aquarium Singapore Eye
