Booked a trip for my Parents to Mauritius, through ROCKING TRIPS from TRAVEL TRIANGLE. The trip went well till almost the end. I had booked both International as well as Domestic flights through ROCKING TRIPS. The day before their departure from Mauritius , I came to know that their international flight to Mumbai was cancelled. Air Mauritius arranged an extra day stay for them in the same Resort, thanks to them, and booked their ticket for the flight next day. But the Domestic flight was not cancelled or rescheduled by the travel agent. they gave lame excuses regarding rescheduling and postponed it to the last moment. Finally they told me to book the ticket on my own. I lost the booking amount (which was refundable if cancelled before 1 hour of flight departure) , and i had to pay the whole amount for re booking. Utter unprofessional way of doing business , from Rocking trips. Once they book the package and send you the Invoice, they are not at all bothered to follow up, or at-least check the matters regarding flight cancellations. I had booked my previous trips with Makemytrip , SOTC etc. And i experienced very much professional approach from those people. Booking through Rocking trips, was disappointing. Other than the issues with the flight, the trip was awesome. That has nothing to do with the travel agent Rocking trips. The resort was amazing, and the local tour went fine.
