The all hyped boathouse was flop. As per agent it will be very good its there own and many fake promises. But it was below average boat house. I Paid more and got less for this trip. Other agent was better i guess.

This review is regarding "Our trip(2 adult + 1 Child) to DUBAI was from 8th - 14th March 2019" , well to start with, after receiving two quotations from other parties I received a quotation from Rocking Trips too - Via Travel triangle. With travel triangle this was my 3rd time booking an international trip. The trip advisor & holiday expert Mr. Ankit was very prompt in answering queries and resolving the issues in communication gap between me and the trip organizers. Travel agent Mr. Rajesh from Rocking Trip a terrific marketing executive who kept on following from the first day and convinced me at the end to go with Rocking Trips. By the way we exchanged lot of messages for many clarifications before booking the trip; for which Mr. Rajesh had best answers and convincing strategy with facts and experience. So, I decided to go with Rocking trips. After settling the first installment, the second phase of communication started with Mr. Aman where he looked it to arranging VISA's, Tickets and all necessary vouchers in time and with great responsibility. Lot of communication with Mr. Aman too as we were curious and wanted to know updates, for every question and clarification he answered and handled well. One more good gesture from him that he inquired during the time of the trip to check everything was going fine. Finally the trip. Trip was forwarded to skyeVIP tours Dubai based who took over the trip with smooth and hassle free approach. I would like to thank Mr. Vinod our Cab driver and tour guide who was very punctual and genuine guide who cooperated very well and made our trip very memorable. Suggestions to Travel triangle & Rocking trip : - 1) First time when I booked through Travel triangle the holiday expert assigned to us was constantly in contact with us and following our whereabouts at every stage. But from the last time I have noticed a new trend may be because volumes of tourists now a days they don't contact much, while every-time we need to contact for the clarifications and so on. Travel triangle please do check with your customers call and communicate till they finish their trip, say at least two three times before and during the time of trip. I have not received any call or message from travel triangle during my trip to Malay + Bali neither now when I went to Dubai, for the first time when I went to Srilanka I remember the splendid job Ms. Sonali Chadha. 2)When the trip booking is done, though there is time for the trip you have to keep sending updates weekly basis to kill curiosity and many questions going in the mind of tourist. 3)Suggest other options as well - for example we personally felt the Dhow Cruise trip was not to our standards; instead you could have suggested with Yatch hiring trip with dinner or something interesting than that. I personally Wish Travel triangle, Rocking Trips, Mr. Ankit ,Mr. Rajesh & Mr. Aman for their bright future and definitely check their quotations too for my future international trips. Excellent Tour Operator !! We booked kerala tour just 4 days prior to our departure.. Mr. Prakash (Tour Representative) was so dedicated and professional in providing us with the best itinerary and with best reasonable price. The transfers were perfect, hotels excellent. Mr.Paul (Driver/Tour guide) - one of the best human being.. He is very calm and gentle person who drove us all safely... It is highly recommended to book all your tour with this group.. Great Job!! Ok so first i would like to start from booking process Booking process was very smooth Vouchers they provided in time, good in that Although because of unfortunate situation in the family we didnt able to go to trip One disappointed thing i feel, they could release refund amount early and i might get refund amount more if i decided cancellation policy with them earlier. One tip for traveller, always decide cancellation policy with company earlier.

Munnar, Thekkady was fabulous including all Hotels, Resorts. location of Dream Catcher Resort is very nice.Tree house ultimate and awesome experience from Dream Catcher, Totally recommended. no words to express my feelings about Alleppey Houseboat, must must visit. Especially thanks to staff of houseboat "they don't understand our language but they understand our situation"☺☺

Hotel at Munnar is not good and service is also not that much good. Hot water is also a problem, telephone in room was also not worked to communicate with reception or canteen. Cab driver is somewhat good but he takes us to only the places he wants to and not we liked. We didnt cover cochin as part of the trip since he keep on says no time to visit any place. Boat house experience was good.
