Only one booking we have done I.e houseboat in alleppey.. 3 staff on boarded to serve us out of which 1 deboard at one place rest 2 staff with us till next morning the attitude was too negative of both staff that (1)no sightseeing showed to us and said that after 5:30pm we will not allowed to show anything (2) we have to cut the fruits itself and the fruits serve are all 3-4 days old. (3) If we ask for something they told us that limited resources serve to us to provide you. (4) Also asking us why not you provide good rating to us. I don’t know why so much money we spend on the boat for a day on premium boat if you cannot provide resources for us.
