Rocking Trips

Our trip to kerala was 23 Dec to 31 Dec and we booked almost 6 months in advanced. travel triangle is an excellent portal only if you are lucky enough to get a good agent unlike us. We had confirmed our trip by Rocking Trips and made the payment of token money , soon after that the travel agent has made our life miserable. They communicated the hotels in the itinerary but didn't made the actual bookings.when we confirmed at the time of paying the second installment we got to know that none of the hotels were booked. we chased Rocking trips for 1 week to get the hotel confirmation and had to change the hotels due to RT not booking the communicated hotels proactively. Now before our trip we have to chase them to get the contact of the CAB driver which we could manage to get 3 hrs before our landing in Cochin. Our hotel booking was not for all the members at Thekkady and hotels asked us to pay of the extra person. Since Rocking trips haven't booked the hotels at the time of taking the booking we have to stay in 2 different hotel during our 3 days stay in Kovalam. Do not book any trip if your travel agent is ROCKING TRIPS from delhi.

Itinerary was not well planned for kodaikanal,mysore and ooty stay was good..overall a good experience..my trip was 5days and 4nights to mysteries,ooty,kodaikanal and drop to coimbatore airport to Hyd.

No proper response of emails and call. Every time I have to reach your team but this should be vice versa. If I compare than I can say Dubai Team is far better than the Indian team. You really need to do management workshops for your India team. They should understand clients are their priority . Dubai frame : your India team missed to book ticket for us but Dubai driver call the team and fixed the issue in just 2hrs ..

Not happy.

No proper communication and proper process.Asked to pay the bill after reaching,but no further process was communicated after reaching.On the next day they asked to stop the cab and start only after paying..worst service

Instead of private houseboat shared houseboat was given to us while in the tourplan private houseboat was mentioned. Mention the houseboat trip very clearly..no sightscenes were there in houseboat whatever written in tour plan. Driver ( Mr Sun Pothan Varghese) Overnight stay at houseboat

The Burj khalifa entry ticket was at 8.00 pm night. I think agent should provide the day time ticket as default because most of the people want to see day view, unless there is any special request from customer.

It was awesome and memorable trip,must say hassle free trip.

Overall the trip was good however the hotel could have been better especially the food at the hotel was pathetic. The jacuzzi was not functional. The staff was rude and simply said that in the cold weather the water turns cold and so the jacuzzi is not funtional. Will never recommend Ramada Diera. Location was great close to metro and malls. In general the coordination with the agency was good and timely. However, before the start of the journey had to do multiple follow ups in order to get vouchers/tickets/visa on time.

Overall a good experience. Cruise dinner was not upto the mark as the food was not tasty and was cold. However, the lady in charge at the cruise did allow us to sit on the best reserved seats. Really thankful to her. Also, the travel agents could not get us the cab for drop off at the airport in night though it was included in our package. We had to take metro with our heavy baggage. That was really irresponsible of you guys. Desert Safari and Abu Dhabi city tour. The tour guide Ali was a very nice person.

I suggest the hotel location should be better especially in madhikeri

I have booked my trip to Coorg for 2 nights and 3 days without flight charges. Overall trip experience was good. I have booked this trip from Mr. Prakash (Rocking Trips), He ensured that not to worry he will provide the best services but unfortunately he left and the person who has handed over our trip to Mr. Aman, he has taken care of all our activities and plan & Give their best to provide good services. During this trip one thing which gives us the bad impression that the Cab driver. First he is a thief and not the reliable person. He was given the wrong information to us that to visit Madlapatti (The place which is having excellent view point) which we missed. He informed us that the cabs are not allowed to that place and we have to go by jeep. We asked him "how much the jeep will charge? he told us they will take Rs 2500/- to and fro. We though that for 3 people that is too much charge and we dropped to go there and we missed the sight seeing. Later we came to know from our friends that the jeep will charge only Rs. 1200/- (we can afford that). He is the worst person the last day he tried to steal my money which I kept inside my bag, by gods grace I went the right time and caught him redhandedly. When we asks him about that he has no answer and he hasn't ask for sorry also. He is Mr. Rajender.. request the travel triangle / Rocking trips people to take care of these things otherwise it will give bad impression to whole your team. The homestay which is in HEIGHT FARM STAY is very good and excellent place one can enjoy the environment there. The hospitality and service they provided is very good. Mr. Vinod received us nicely and took us to the coffee estate visit as a Morning walk and he interaction was very impressive. Mr. Praveen provided good service. he arranged camp fire and time to time meals with a good greeting and smile. Cook " Amma " (I called her) she is also very nice person. Apart from driver thing the trip experience was excellent. Please warn that driver Mr. Rajender... because where ever the customer travels their part will be there. If they are good our trip will be good.

I did not get travel insurance however it was promised in package. I asked for it multiple times at all levels in Rocking Trips but did not get proper response. If you can not give any facility to client , dont promise it just to sell the package or clarify at the time of booking only that this thing can not be given in this package. North tour
