we visited mauritius and it was 6D/5N tip. booking, payment and tickets and transfers everything was good. Excellent arrangements from Rocking Trip team (India) and Island Walk team (Mauritius). but had some very bad experience also. i got injured with sea urchin. tour guide must have told about this and worst part is that when i contacted rocking trips regarding medical insurance coverage they replied that booking team has gone from office so i can not tell about insurance coverage today and assured me that he will tell me tomorrow and that tomorrow never came. imagine if i had sustained some serious injuries then only god how i was going to handle all these. the guy in rocking trips did not bothered to just drop a courtesy msg. pathetic.

We had a wonderful 5+2 days family vacation at Hong kong and Macau courtesy excellent planning and execution by Anshuman(ex Travel Triangle) and Manish (ex Rocking Trips). Anshuman was always up and about in co-ordinating any hickups before & during the vacation. Manish guided honestly and planned a wonderful itenary. Cindy, the tour guide at Macau was pleasent and charming. All in all,truely a wonderful,value for money and complete family holiday.Could not have asked for more. I booked a trip to dubai through rocking travels.it was our first international travel and rocking travels promised to take care of everything right from airport pickup and failed badly..Airport pickup din't showup...My booking agent din't give timely response to call and messages...I will never prefer rocking travels for my future booking no matter how good there quotation is..

Tour was well planned choice of hotels were good the only issue was breakfast bcz at all places there was not buffet breakfast so there was not much options available. Driver was knowing hindi language that was good thing. but driver was new to all the tourist places so it was bit delaying the tour. overall the tour was nice and the tour manager was responsive to our quires but our queries were beyond his control.
