Requested for >3 star hotels with good ratings for my trip. However the hotel/homestay/resort booked for my trip in Ooty and Coorg was not as expected. Not satisfied with the overall stay.

Issues I faced in my trip with Rocking Trips- 1. Hotel doesn't seem like 3 star.. it has issues with hot water supply. while booking was told that the hotel is very good in Munnar but it doesn't look that way. 2. while booking I was provided very good pics of house boat but in actual the boat seems not deluxe as I was told it was. I messaged a guy who arranged my trip but he told that other boats are just looking good from outside, it doesn't make logic to me.. however, boat captain and cook were excellent guys.. just like driver. 3. Places mentioned in iternery was all chargeable. In Munnar, I have to spent 4000/- to a local company for sightseeing in Munnar (company name was Munnar Riders). Second in Kochi I have to again pay 2500/- for Kashmiri shikara boat ride of 1 hr. Rocking trips has given me false information just do I can book through them and pretend they are best ... Beware!!! Kerala worth seeing .. Driver took care of that buy his good attitude and friendly nature .. Rocking trips just given false information and charged to additional amount of 6500/- for the places which were already in their iternery...

Booked my trip for Dubai by Rocking Trips for 6 nights 7 Days without Hotel and Flight. Overall trip experience was good. I have booked this trip from Shreyas (Rocking Trips), He ensured me not to worry he will provide the best services but unfortunately he left and the person who has handed over our trip was Pulkit, he has taken care of our all activities and plan & Give their best to provide good services. During this trip 2-3 things which gives us the bad impression were- 1) Airport Pick Up Time Issue - Lack of Co-ordination in between Pickup Person and Travel Agent. Timing issue we faced here. The day we reached at airport, the pickup person was very rude and he was saying u ppl came late and now u have to wait here my next guests are coming at 2:00 PM. As our flight land at 10:30 and immigration check was there so we got free at 11:20 AM and In our voucher the pickup time written was 12:00PM still we came out at 11:40AM and he started arguing with us, then I showed him our voucher then he got calm and he talked in his company. 2) Dolphin Show entry Issue : We have to pay extra 25AED to enter there except entry ticket. 3) On Miracle Garden Day and Dolphin show day we have to remind our agent that we our having our trip planned but no confirmation received in our group for pick up. then they have to check and then said yes yes and after that they confirmed. So on Management and Co-ordination part they have to work a little bit more. 4) Dhow Cruise Marina and Dessert Safari Dinner was hopeless. Very less options available there for Vegetarians. Dhow Cruise Marina, when we enter the cruise the attender started saying that, the tables which gives the best view of water, all tables are reserved and you have to sit on this table only, he was not allowing us to opt the table even though we have reached first and full cruise was empty. After that what we have seen that no tables were reserved and other family also fought with them then they gave that table to them. So it spoils our evening that we didn't get the table what we wanted to. When we asked there then i found there is no such criteria to reserve the table, they are doing what they want. 5) Dessert Safari : In Land cruiser they have gave us the back seat which was so uncomfortable. for the 1hr journey we have to sit back and put our legs up... So uncomfortable. Apart from above the trip experience was good.

Had a lovely trip. the accommodation was spectacular. the family tours were a bore and a waste of time and money. other than that it was a wonderful experience

It was over-all good experience and speciality support from Rocking trip during the trip was very good and helped us wherever required there were some improvement required from local agents front ( On which rocking trip didn't had contro) Dubai 1) In Dubai For 2 days ,3-4 drunk people came at 2 am and disturbed us 2) Instead of making us visit waste of time Islamic centre we should have taken to see burj khalifa and aquarium which is dubai speciality, museum can also been skipped. We missed burj khalifa which is regret Mauritius Best part was awesome property which is ambre resort however tour operator could have 1) They asked us to leave by 2.30 from port luis which had so much to see and do specially when there is nothing to do after that, i had to take taxi worth RS 4000 Indian rupee as i wanted to spend evening there.i left at 5.30 2) Operator was more keen to spend time wherein they commission were bind like waste ship museum where we spend an hour which was not required ans could have spent more time at 7 Colour land which is Mauritius speciality adarsh and Rakesh was good whereas Mr Hemant was rude and due to his commission he asked us not to buy souvenir from port luis and buy from south tour Dubai 1) Dhow cruise and dessert safari 2) On leisure day i went to miracle garden and global village which was best Mauritius 1) Best part was ambre resort property and their hospitality 2) Port luis was also good however we should have got 2-3 hours more which can easily been given. 3) I did catamaran from my own and that was best

Thank you rocking trips for a fantastic holiday, only complain is that the hotel even though rated as 4 star was bad

Except hotel everything was good Coordinations was good Burj khalifa was awesome... Must visit place

This was my first ever booking through a travel agency. Overall I would say the experience was mind boggling (keeping aside some hassles, but those are parts and parcel I guess) All credits goes to Ansh Roy from Rocking Trips and our driver Satheesh from pepperkerala
