It was an amazing trip...thanx rocking trip for such an organised trip. However candle light dinner was not as expected. Inspite of advance booking of 24 hrs we have to wait for around 1 hr for startersand again 30 mins for main course. Buffet would have better choice than candle light dinner. Tube ride ☺️

Trip was well planned. Driver's attitude was spoiler. Otherwise no issues. Regarding Rocking trips travel agents: we have requested them to provide flight invoice to claim for LTA. We haven't received any response from Rocking trips inspire of many follow-ups.

1. My flight at 11:45 AM from the Singapore to India. flight was having some issue with the air condition. due to that they asked all passenger to deboard the flight and again we boarded flight at 4:30PM from Singapore. it was my direct flight due to low fuel in the jet. flight first landed to kolkata and then they fly back for delhi. my estimated arrival time in Delhi was 3:10PM IST and due to all this shit i reached delhi at 10:30. 2. due to scheduled maintenance we were not able to take ride on the cable car and we asked Nam Ho travel agency to refund the amount they asked to contact local agency and they will refund the money however i didnt get any refund of cable car as well. i have already shared my ticket with the rocking trips agent. i would like to file the compensation for the both issue. due to flight delay my full one day got waste and cable car was on maintenance so we need refund of that too.

Very well planned trip by Rocking Trips. Spice Jungle Resort, Munnar was a bit disappointing. All other hotels and houseboat were good. Cab and driver were great. Overall satisfied with Travel Triangle and Rocking Trips. Staying at houseboat is a must if you are travelling to Kerala.

1. Had lot of issues with VISA process. We were not informed about the documents required in a single go. Hence had to send the documents over and over again. 2. The itinerary was changed after both the parties agreed and a lot of discussion was involved to keep the finalized itinerary. 3. The hotel rooms were very very very small when the name indicated superior which otherwise means differently. All the destinations were covered and cab services were really good.
