Awesome experience. Hotel stay was nice, with great hospitality from the staff. The travel agent were willing to help without any questions. Good experienced driver. Very cooperative all the time. Made our journey comfortable with safe driving. Eddakal caves and museum were the best parts of the trip.

It was a nice trip well organised by RT.Initialy at the time of booking there were some dicy situations regarding confirmation of Cruise n Baali hotel , but later they managed it all.Everywhere a person was there with our name board.It was so well organised that we never felt a need to call RT from there.All things were there as per written in vouchers.Thank u RT.Congrats to u all who managed our maiden family Foreign trip so well

Inrespect of hotels , Dream cathers resort is very good but it is too far from munnar, pagoda resort is not very great one. Mareblue resorts at chirai is below avarage. Agent promised to book interconnected rooms but nt booked at Alleppy n Chirai. time spent at dream catcher is awesome

Day 1 and 2 - Hotel in munnar seven springs plantation park is worst in terms of service and food. They dont have options and we have eat what they offer. They dont even have milk. Very costly food and poor quality. Morning complementory bf will have idly, dosa and no other oprions. Very interior from town and if rains you cannot come out of room as there are lot of bugs. Overall not a good hotel to stay Sightseeing wise good and satisfied Day 3 thekkady- very good experience. Boating was a memorable experience. Evening shows Kalari was very nice while the next show Kathakali was ok. Each 200. Karar garden hotel stay is very good and room service and room is very good. Morning complementary bf is good. 4th day- Allapey boat house . Cruise in boat house was ver nice with rain. Boat house room is not good. Not hygenic. Boat house smells bad and bedding is not clean. Not fit for stay. We managed some how. Food is ok. Tv was not working and was little boring. Day 5 - kochin siteseeing- was good couldnt cover the beach as it was raining. Cab- cab was good but he didnt agree to open the window which is disgusting when traveling in hills. Always on phone and at one place he hit the bus in front. Minor accident which could have been avoided if he concentrate in driving without taking the phone. He is not flexible and very much concerned about the kms. He always says there is not much in every spot we want see and tried to avoid many siteseeings. Not a satisfying exp. Overall trip is average and not as per the expectation.

“Satisfied dealing with rocking trips. Everything was promptly done. The other party at Mauritius was also professional and was always on time. I would rate them 5 stars for their punctuality. Regarding the itinerary for the trip, everything was fine except for one day (North tour of MRU) where only thing we did was window shopping. This can easily be replaced by other things that are worth watching down south (maconde, gris gris). Overall I was happy dealing with them. No problems whatsoever in the handling of the trip
