Before I finalized the package the agent were very polite and showed concern. Once the payment was done and I went for trip, they didn't solve any problem. From hotel to breakfast to cab leaving me behind to false promise, whatever you can say happened. Coming back I contacted them, they said they would give me refund for breakfast not served. It's a month now but the refund is nowhere.

It's a good experience. My Trip Actually was Kerala but After Natural Disaster we changed our Trip Location to Ooty and Maysore before a week. Booking, with TravelTriangle and the agency they sent the quote from (Rocking Trips), was a seamless process. All the activities, including the pick-up from Mauritius airport, pick-up and drop off to the hotel after daily activities and even hotel room preferences, everything was excellently taken care of. I'd highly recommend their service and I'll definitely return to them for my forthcoming trips.

Need to add more variery of breakfast on day basis on hotel...getting same breakfast daily. No water provided in hotel even the bottle per day. Nice place to enjoy with hubby...so green and cool climate.

Worst Agent. No value to customer. Didn't book properly even after stressing particular point for many times and delivered vouchers at end movement. no proper coordination between team. One person asks to pay immediately and other says pay after modification.
