Though my trip went smoothly but I want to highlight where I face some problems. At last moment when I about start my journey I came to know that suddenly my hotel got changed because of some technical issue at booked hotel. It was horrible experience hearing at last moment about my hotel change. Though the changed hotel was good but I didn't get deluxe room which were I suppose to get in previous hotel. I had very nice experience during my day activities and enjoyed a trip a lot .

I have clearly requested a 3 star hotel/accommodation at all places. None of them were up to the expected standards. Some hotel were lacking basic amenities and facilities like hot water. The driver/guide provided to us throughout the tour was too forceful about his suggestions which made our overall experience disappointing. He never shown us the places mentioned in the original tour itinerary. We have to pay extra for visiting the local tourist spots which the driver could have shown easily.

Travelled Dubai for 4 days and 3 nights. Good planning from rocking trips and also activities were executed properly. Good coordination between rocking trip and Rayna and betweeen customers during travel. Punctuality of travel agent and cabs during my trip was a plus point. Prior information about tomorrow travel details was really helipful.. overall experience was owesome and was hassle free. Negative point - My visa was prepared just 3 days prior to my travel which I did not like though I had paid much advance. Ticket of Burj khalifa and Ferrari world was not informed prior and I got to know when I caked about this. This two point needs improvement.

Two hotels are provided by rocking trips.first one is of munnar was awesome, I really enjoyed that hotel. But second hotel provided in alleppey was Pagoda which is worst hotel that I visited. Room lock was not working, toilet broken, tv was not working. I enjoyed the places that I visited mostly munnar.

everything was good except the travel agent doesn't told us about an additional charges which we have to pay At The Cruise it was clearly written in all documents that all the money has been paid but still we have to pay around 10000 dollars in The Cruise I am continuously following up the rocking trip but nobody is responding I am all set to file a case against rocking trip and travel Triangle

Kamal is good mannered professional. Though, he didn’t live to his words and that was a mood spoiler. The payment plan he promised was not what he delivered and ruined my another vacation by calling me and getting his entire company to call me repeatedly to ask for complete payment immediately. I gave him another chance by offering him to book my hotels. But the cost of that came out to be 70,000 higher than the other agent I finally booked with. Start good with flight arrangements. Then the behaviour of Rocking trips staff ruined everything which washed away good part of the story.
