A very well organised and memorable trip for us. We enjoyed a lot without any hastle in any of the hotels. All the hotels were very good with excellent food quality and hospitality except the house boat. The houseboat was not upto satisfactory level. Munnar was the best part of my trip. The hotel was situated in a very nice location. Overall a very good experience.

Amazing place Munnar with lovable memories.at Munnar. Hotel black forest is good but the house keeping is not good.it can done better. Houseboat kumarkom was really a Great with wonderful interior. Crew working on houseboat are not knowing Hindi or English . Candle light dinner and flower decoration was a GREAT JOKE . They nothing provide anything not decoration also done.they bring flowers on small plate and said "pls don't spread on bed". Another thing on houseboat that the water coming on was basin and bathing smelling. Driver Suresh always advice the Paid activity on Munnar .when we ask for blossom park ,kundla lake, rajmalai national park. When we ask driver for that he replied " there is nothing to see and said that your travel agent don't said about that.with driver Suresh it was always a arguing nature. Last day also he refused to sightseeing after calling Me Ajay and Subham he agreed to merari beach and fort Kochi. Cab driver Suresh in not recommended for other he always refused what we asked. Support of Mr Ajay and Subham was great
