we enjoyed the trip, and it was memorable... from receiving airport by cab, till the end throughout it was very comfortable. whenever​ required you people responded quickly. I had booked for 4d3n trip to Munnar and allepey.. the booking experience and coordination from rocking trips agent was great.. they were very prompt in serving to my queries .. we stayed at Green Trees Resort at Munnar.. the hotel facilities were good. .. but the food was not that good also the hotel needs to improve on the customer experience as serving food... they didn't even ask for feedback​ after our stay they just charged hafty amount for food and water.. as per govt rules for water bottles they are not supposed to charge more than mrp they charged 30rs for a 20rs bottle.. food quality was good but it was always served cold to us.. we had to ask them to warm the food and serve again.. we stayed at house boat in allepey the allepey experience was awesome.. it was all good and very nicely handled... pls avoid your stay at Green Trees Resort at Munnar.. kollukomalai tea estate visit in Munnar and houseboat experience in allepey.. must visit Lulu mall supermarket.. in Kochi. it's really different and well themed..

I planned my trip suddenly, but Rocking Trips arranged everything correctly in such a short period. Initially they provided 3 Star Hotel at Munnar, But they have changed that to 4 Star after I requested them. Kumarakom boat house was good. Food was very good at Boat House, also it lacks on Facility and Amenities. The Cab driver was not friendly and he drove very fast and rashly and his driving was Sick. If I had a friendly Driver, this Trip would have been very very good. But I still rate this Trip as Good.

Driver behaviour is not good. Will be on mobile while driving. Always use to shout in phone. Lot of sight seeing was not covered.

Overall Trip has mixed experience as I firstly check in in green trees resort room was not good but with the support of shweta from rocking trips they have changed my room that was quite good, driver is good but not cover all sightseeing & also very unhappy with the houseboat at allepey because it was my worst experience with rocking trips. On houseboat crew member are too good but such kind of houseboat is very very unexpected from rocking trips. Staff of agent is very supportive.
