Hotel in munnar was not too good according to space in room...And at house boat neither ac work properly and neither food serve properly . Cab driver is so good..He told us properly about each destination ..Hotel in thekady and cochi is so good rest places hotel is average not so good...

Well, the cab service was an excellent experience. The vehicle was good and the driver was friendly too. The stay in Munnar was also good. Hotel was as expected and good. However, we had a worst experience in Alleppey. The houseboat was not as promised. It seemed like the arrangement was made at last minute which led us to compromise the services. The reasons given by the agent for the inconvenience didn't seem trustworthy and convincing. We literally went into an verbal argument with the agent while in Alleppey which led to some more promises which were not fulfilled. We were not even informed about the changes in our Alleppey tour nor the agent had any proper links with the house boat. We were the ones who informed the agent about the kind of boat and all the stuff. Overall it was worst experience in Alleppey which compelled me to rate the agent and hotel services as poor. This experience may lead me to avoid association with travel triangle for my planned endeavours to Andaman and Northeast in next 10 months. The day spent in Munnar.

Hotel blu water in cherrai was good .All others were passable. House boat given to us in alleppy was very sub standard. Driver did not show us all the places given in the itinerary.

good coordination, but new unique problem in every hotel we checked in viz. payment not made to hotel, dinner inclusion not confirmed, etc. but was sorted out within an hour by RT staff. Good driver. all hotels except sangam hotel (kanyakumari) were excellent regarding stay, amenities and food.

We faced problem in middle of our trip with hotel booking. We asked to book two nights accommodation in kovalam, but Travel agent booked only one night, this we got to know when we were checking out after staying there two nights. We were surprised. And we called to travel agent they took two ours to solve the problem.

Driver Mr. Sarath is Very good. His response and timely services and guidance were excellent. Hotels organized Bell Mount Hotel and Sandra palace moat Thekkady were good. Only problem i faced was House boat booking cancelled at the last moment. House Boat details not communicated on time. I need to make so many calls to get the House boat details. But they said due to some maintenance issue they could not provide us House boat and they provided 3 start hotel stay at Allappy.
