Trip started from Cochin (Ernakulam) Railway Station. Driver (Vince) was waiting in the station even before we reached Cochin. Driver was so humble and so nice to us through out the journey. Hotel (Bella Vista Resort) at Munnar was not good. Bathroom had Snails in it. We complained twice about the snails. Every morning it comes.Room also seemed to be old. Food at Bella Vista was good. National Park was closed when we went. So we didn't cover the National Park. Driver has mentioned in the beginning itself which Agent failed to mention to me at teh time of booking.At Thekkady, hotel was good. But no AC. It kind of hot.Food was not that good in Karar Gardens. Phone was not working for quite sometime in the hotel. For any query, we need to go down to reception. The best part in the overall trip is House Boat. House Boat was really good and it had Music System in it. The staffs in house boat were really nice. Food is also good at the house boat.Agent mentioned we will get Honeymoon kind of arrangement in House Boat. But nothing was there.Overall it was a good trip. House Boat was really good. Agent suggested to go to Kumarakon rather than Allepay as Allepay will be crowded. In Kumarakom, it was peaceful. Journey was really good.

In entire trip cab driver and houseboat staff were good. There was Taxi strike which was planned on March 30th 2017 which was postponed to March 31st 2017. We were not aware of it and Travel Agent was supposed to inform about this but he did not inform us because of this we were at hotel on second day till evening and we missed most of the sightseeing planned on second day. Apart from this in itinerary they mentioned visit to Rajamalai National Park which was closed and we were informed by driver that it will be closed every year from February to March. The Houseboat facility was not good. Also we were provided with fruit basket which contains only banana and pineapple and baked cake was provided in houseboat. Enjoyed Munnar and Alleppey

very bad experience in my life... spice jungle resort in munnar, bad service, no water in bathroom, breakfast is not good... Boat house is very nice....
