Overall experience was super. Proper communications had not gone from you to your travel agents. For example we wanted Innova with carrier but twice without carriers. Travel agent did not give detailed programme and timing for each day. Your travel agents were not at all in the picture and only the taxi drivers were in contact with us. Taking 10 people on this trip put a lot of pressure on me. Pl ensure that the travel agents at lest meet and greet and explain the programmes otherwise all good work you do and the speedy response you give will be a total waste and people will not come back to you. Having said this I must say the arrangements in hotels were excellent and particularly mr Akash was very fast in responses. Keep up the good work and make your travel agents work for you to earn their money

It has been a great experience Indrajit and Gargi has been a great host from yes tourism and hekpful..Unfortunately could not get permit to visit the planned spots in silk route...Nathan valley change lake baba mandir etc due to snow fall and road closure .Which was part of the itinerary .Really hoped that there would be a provision to arrange alternate sight seen .Considering the costing and quotation is made taking in to account the km and places to be visited Snow tipped lachung peak from the hotel
