I had got my flights, hotels & cab transfers booked from the PickYourTrail team. The hotels in Istanbul were the best comparing the rest of the trip's hotels. The experience in Antalya with the hotel & cabs were quite disappointing. The hotel's location was good but not the services offered in the hotel/room. We had issue with the cabs both ways - while dropping and picking up from the hotel. So I think pickyourtrail needs to work on their supppliers in Antalya bit more. Cabd and hotels in Istanbul & Cappadocia were great. Although, I wouldnt recommend the hotel we stayed in Goreme to anyone because the staff was really cold and not welcoming over there. One thing I liked out PickYourTrail was that they were happy to help everytime we needed them. They're quite dedicated to their customers and their customer happiness team (team which helps you while you''re on your vacation) was definitely very helpful and polite.

Our entire trip to Turkey was planned by the pickyourtrail team. Their support and dedication is highly commendable. We had a hassle-free tour and each of our needs were specially taken care. From the itinerary to the visa processing to the 24/7 support while we were in Turkey was well coordinated and done. Most importantly they have a kick-ass app !!! Hot air balloon ride above the fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. Our cave house hotel specially chosen by PYT team was fantabulous! Our hotel at Kusadasi was overlooking the beach, the best sight to wake up to. Our hotel at Sultanahmet was close to the most prominent architectural wonder!!

The travel agent Pickyoutrails did an amazing job on planning and supporting during the entire trip.

With regards to experience in vatican,i felt they could have booked a vendor who is more flexible for the guided tour as this vendor "Overrome" was not willing to respond soon to mails and also not willing to refund my money for the tour..I accept its my mistake of being late there by few minutes,but wheni checked there ,every vendor was willing to refund the money barring 8 euros..But this vendor was too stubborn...This was one bitter experience where i felt they were harsh to customers..Also "pickmytrails" werent even concerned about what i was doing next ..I expected them to show some bit of concern,but they werent bothered and not intrested to know what i had been going through..I expected "overome" vendor to refund atleast a bit of money back to my account (even though im not expecting to refund the full amount) as i had to spend some on another vendor close to 100 euros all over again..

I thank you for the trip. There were certain issues like the drivers being informed about our pick up last minute and wrong pick up locations given. All of a sudden change in itenary which will make me think again before booking another trip with you’ll. Your support team helps when needed but they need to work round the clock for people traveling in different time zones. All please provide local contact details for pick ups and travel agents since if there is an issue there is some number to reach out to The whole trip was amazing.

Had the best trip so far. Travel Triangle in alliance with Pick Your Trail are through professionals and have made my trip extremely pleasing and a memorable one. There were instances where I could sense of a glitch, but the back-up telegram team were extremely responsive irrespective of the time difference and made sure everything was spot on as per plan. I did have plan B and plan C based on my previous tour makers experience, but then nothing came near to execution as everything went very well. I never expected, anyone be so prompt and responsive just on a phone app which made my trip extremely easy. Thanks to Apurva from Travel Triangle and Harish, Athul & Sashikant from Pick Your Trail. Kudos to you all.

We had an amazing trip to Europe. The Vacation was planned perfectly as we expected. Great efforts from the team to be available 24/7 whenever we faced any issues and needed any clarifications. The team issued all the vouchers and tickets way ahead to avoid any last minute fuss. Excellent coordination by the entire team through their app. Definitely looking forward to book more trips with pickyourtrail. We recommend pickyourtrail with complete 100% satisfaction.

Before & after their commitment & response time changes. Once u give advance according to them you are bound to take service wat they say. They again & again ask for payment unless u don't pay complete amount....they dont do a booking as told by their executivr 3-4 bookings are incomplete..we have to pay at cash counter after they picked our call after 1 hr till we waited at cash counter they assured us that they vl payvus pack...which we didn't recd complete amount till today almost 3 weeks have been finished from our trip ended.Both Car we booked from them..booking was incomplete, main activitie in Croatia is not booked(plitvic lake) . They just give a reminder just 1 day before the activity that our suppler will not owner our voucher.. U buy tickets at cash counter if available . Not a type of service they were providing as we expected by their brand name.we are now doubted that might be Facebook reviews they recommend to read before booking are made by their family & friends.. Anyway dispointed with the service they provided...will not go with them again
