We had an amazing trip to New Zealand . We were provided with great affordable deals and multiple packages/itineraries to choose from. Thanks to travel triangle and pick your trail team for all the trip planning and management throughout the trip. We had great time. Will definately recommend to friends and family.

Things were arranged well, appreciate the support provided over calls and telegram. Out of 3, hotel in santorini was good, rest both were not as expected, could have been better. Also there was some confusion over our first airport pick up where 2 different cab guy reached both with my name board in hands. I had some harsh discussion with one of them to send him back. These are small issues but putting in notice to take care with future folks, rest of the trip was great. Thanks.

Thankyou Pick your trail for planning a wonderful trip for us to New zealand. Farheen and other people from their team, were at our assistance any time of the day providing their expertise suggestions and answering our numerous queries. Overall during our vacation we didnot faced any problems in terms of rental car pick ups or accomodation or even for planned activities. Just one suggestion the hooker valley track in mount cook is temporarily closed, I believe it should be updated in the team's software because we were really looking forward to it and wanted to visit mount cook specifically for that particular track. Rest, the trip was really well planned, customised according to our choice. We had a great time and memories which will last life long. Thank you for all the help Travel Triangle and Pick Your Trail. Experiencing Waitomo caves, Onsen pool in queenstown, Cathedral Cove, fun rides in rotorua, Hell gates and last but not least milford sound.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel staff were very friendly specially at Mykonos Princess. Things could've been little better at Gizis Hotel in Santorini, we felt that there was shortage of staff at hotel for things like helping with luggage. However, their cleaning was highly impressive. Our travel agent also provided brilliant services in a timely manner, would highly recommend Pick Your Trail. Cabs were also very neat and clean and drivers were also professional. The best time we had was at Mykonos Princess. The hotel was mesmerizing, from views to staff, everything was just perfect! Loved the upgrade they provided and their surprise as well for us as we were on our honeymoon trip.

While the provided services/tour infrastructure was better than our expectations on ground, the attitude of team in providing timely & instantaneous resolutions to any of our immediate requirements and so super positive communicational language were beyond our expectations. Well, at the time of bookings the motivation of the company was very high & too much follow up with me. Suddenly on the trip, I felt they were less interested & not as convincing as before. Also my last leg of the journey was wasted due to Easter holidays, which we were entirely not intimated before. Everything, all the shops were closed & nothing we could do about it. (Even the eating joints) Also regarding 1 activity which was star gazing, I requested the company to cancel this tour and they told me you could only do it before 24 hours and finally I could manage to cancel it before 3 hrs of start of the activity (so again poor job fro the agents) And finally to say, the remaining of 425NZD is pending, which we expect to be in my account as soon as possible. alo regarding the accommodation which they booked , one at Wanaka was very poor and the other at Twizel which I recommended them to book which they were not recommending finally turned out to be great!!

My overall vacation was good. I enjoyed my trip but I am very much disappointed with the hotel arrangement done in Krabi and Bangkok. I told the travel agents also but as usual they are not able to help n asking for more money for the better room or accommodation. I am very much disappointed with that.

It was good

NZ is a perfect place for honeymoon. It was a great trip organised by Pick your trail. We really enjoyed NZ and as it was a self driven trip, it was quite flexible for us to manage the travel.
