A very well planned and professionally and honestly executed holiday package. All the executive were young, motivated, ever ready to help and respond in case of any query. Well within the budget without compromising the quality or itenarary. Loved the stay at Gold Coast, with right opposite to the beach and plenty of theme parks, perfect weather and very good accommodation.

HII Trip was good.Experience was really wonderful but please dont suggest anyone breakfast there.Its really bad ,its better to give Indian restaurant coupons nearby.Overall good services by Travel triangle and pick your trail.I am waiting for my refund for breakfast.

The agent did a fantastic job in planning the itinerary. The hotel were good and near by metro station. The activities planned were good.

The trip was amazing. My agent planned it well. We had absolutely no issues with respect to hotels, cabs and attractions. However, few value added services from the agent would have helped alot like placed to visit during leasure days, their distance from hotels, costing, etc. Also, some minute changes were not entertained by my agent although they were very practical and east to do. I had to do it myself by visiting the local partners.

Amazing memorable trip.... nicely organised.... each tick tacks taken care of.... no huffing puffing during the tours.... each thing was well placed timely and we had time to enjoy. The apartment option was also really good.... the only thing is one should go for with breakfast option always so that u are able to have a filling healthy breakfast for ur day ahead else it get a bit tiring. I made that mistake in italy. Although the place was really awesome , but not going for a proper hotel and rather going for an apartment made it a bit problematic because one is not willing to cook on a vacation. Moreover if somebody is a pure vegetarian then its again bit of an issue. Apart from this food thing.... the trip went really great. The best part was i was provided with info and paper work well way before time and if any documents etc were required they were present at my hotel before i reached the place. And i was well contacted in advance on a a messenger group being consistently asked for any problem i faced or assistance i required in any area or what was my next schedule. Great job guys!!!! Cheers!!! In Fact i am so impressed i am going to plan my next upcoming trip with them as well!!!

Thanks Travel Trainagle and PiKck your tail for assisting to have memorable Australia Trip. Team members of Pick Your Trail ( Krish, Kaushik, Suresh) were approachable round the clock. Hostels were booked in prime locality , only location in Gold Coast was bit far off but experience service apartment was awesome. Only line of improvement which I have already provided to them is to mention Guest name and proper booking reference number.At times it was difficult to contact with provided reference number but Krisk and other team members timely addressed issue. I definitely recommend to have experience through Pick your trail. Looking forward to have more tours through this tie up.Cheers!!!!

Okay so here are my 2 cents on the trip I just had to New Zealand through Pick your Trail.. Planning Stage (5/5) Full marks to them with respect to pre-trip formalities whether it comes to doubts or any sort of custom made plans that you might have in your mind. They will put all your doubts to bed. They have tons of suggestions with respect to the activities one should choose and the time one should spend in each city. They have tons of hotel choices which will cater to your budget. I made a few tweaks to my itinerary thanks to their comments and I don't regret it. Pre-Trip Stage (5/5) Again full marks to them for their attentiveness. Someone or the other was constantly in touch with us explaining the various stages and timelines. Visas were handled with ease and so were the vouchers for various activities. They were just a phone call away for any query. Trip Starting (5/5) You get all the information you need a day before the actual event which helps you chalk out your entire day in advance. So just before the flights and hotel transfers, all the information was passed on and we faced no trouble at all. On Trip Coordination (4/5) Now this is the stage where I will deduct a point from their exceptional service till now mainly because of 2 things. 1. Their support group is not active 24 x 7 which is a very trivial requirement for conducting trips all around the world. I understand its a small company but maybe they can ask 1 person to help with the queries during those late IST timings (0.5 points deducted) 2. A car booking which they made for me was not paid for in full which led to a lot of confusion on the day of car pick up in New Zealand. Since it was outside IST hours, I was not able to contact them for any help. I ended up paying the outstanding amount just so that my scheduled activities can go without a glitch. (0.5 points deducted) PS: Needless to say, the good folks at Pick Your Trail were very apologetic for the confusion and have told me that the amount paid by me will indeed be refunded back soon Overall Verdict (4.5/5) In the end it boils down to the question - Would I recommend Pick Your Trail to any aspiring travellers? The answer is a no-brainer. It is a straight YES. Just finalize your trip with them and let them take care of the rest.

I would like to thanks travel triangle to arrange everything for our first bali trip with such an ease. And have flexibility to customize everything of your choice. ita hit expensive but really we enjoyed alot.

It was really an adorable experience with our vacation partner, everything was properly scheduled and perfectly managed by our travel agent, Overall speechless.... Hopes for further vacation with them again.. Each and every moment of that tour was memorable, beside this the people of bali were good enough to get familiar, as they are polite in nature with a cute smile on their face at every moment.
