Very well planned in terms of pre booked attractions and at the same time freedom to make our own plans. Timely response on all type of queries by the travel support team. In terms of transfers to and fro between Airport and Hotel arrangements should have been better.

Very flexible & dedicated tour operator. Agni, Jaideep & Sunil all three were really very cooperative. Hats off to their dedication to their work, particularly Jaideep . These guys work really harder. Price : 4.5/5 Service : 4.5/5 Guide on sightseeing and transfers in city : 3/5 Hop on hop off in Salzburg and Prague was useless, either guided tour or public transport is best in Europe. Hop on hop off Vienna : 3/5 (can do in public transport as well, if hop on hop off, better buy 48 hours pass) Salt mine & Baverian mountain tour : 4.5/5 Prague castle tour : 3.5/5 Ceske Krumlov tour : 5/5 Only thing they could have done better is better understanding of time management for sightseeing and brief info of each places for sightseeing or local person at each place as guide. Else I suggest to opt for guided tour only. As at many places, we don't know where to get off from bus and what to see etc, so if you opt for hop on hop off, better do homework online, read on TripAdvisor before going. Jaideep tried his best but I think even he didn't have idea, so he was helpless. Even for hotel to pickup point of tours, train etc, we shd know how to go, of metro/tram, number and route of same etc shd be informed. We used google.maps and it was really helpful. I strongly recommend anyone to book with pickyourtrail, only thing to take care is regarding local sightseeing idea and local transport. Ask formlocal guide or pick guided tour or do your homework. I also suggest to go for AirBnB or 3* hotel with better room than 4* hotel in Europe, as we booked all 4 star hotel but I didn't find it worth. NH Hotel in Prague was worth as we booked in upper building which can we reached via cable car, and view of city is amazing from upper building. Wyndham grand Hotel in Salzburg was best as location wise, but in service and hospitality it was not good. Better to book cheaper 3* hotel not Airbnb. Hilton garden inn hotel in Vienna was also good, view was amazing from our view (not garden facing but still good). None of the hotel in Europe provide room service, pickup luggage , accompany you to room and showing or.explaoning their amneties, even if they are 4*. So I would consider that next time while booking. None provided vegetarian options in breakfast as well except fruits and bread butter and tea-coffee, not even on request they made anything vegetarian except NH Hotel made french fries on request. Good - Hotels and location of the hotels was very nice. The vendors for Internal Tours were all good and not that far from hotels. Bad - The cabs were not on time, wasted an hour at-least on every airport with so much of hassle. The airport destination from Paris Hotel to Paris airport was wrong. The followups are not that punctual, I mean the followup were supposed to be before the actual thing happens and not post the delay. The Hotel Barcelona House Check in was at 3 and we could have taken a later flight from paris or the check in should have been requested earlier. Infact I was not aware of it till the time I reached the Hotel. No 'good' surprises for a couple on Honeymoon (I have heard good stories from other couples, nothing to share from my end). The cab messup in Paris can be refunded to me now as compared to later. If PickYourTrail is working day in day out with their vendor then they can get the refund for the vendors mistake. Bad things before trip - Visa Assistance is so pathetic, cant even describe here. Barcelona is not a honeymoon destination should have kept it for 2 days as compared to 2 in Costa Brava. Costing details were not clear. The Walthrough is also not that amazing as it sounds. It is written in the itinerary that they can provide the Deep Sea Diving Vendor but they cant. The vendor that the agent provided is the first one you can also see on google. Paris and Costa Brava are simply amazing. Barcelona and Madrid are not Honeymoon destinations. Watch Lido Show in paris, it is very nice

Hotels were not booked via you

It was very well arranged. Very smooth and hassle free. A very well coordinated and arranged trip. We are definitely going back again with pick your trail. We never felt we were short of any communication as we always had a contact person on whatsapp. Kudos to Pick Your Trail. It was my husband's birthday and my birthday which we wanted to celebrate in our trip. And Pick Your Trail made it all the more beautiful. On my husbands birthday we had a candle light dinner arrangement on the Jimbaran beach with first row sitting and a beautiful decoration. We also got a beautiful cake to add more to this celebration. On my birthday i had a cake from the Pick Your Trail (arranged by Mr. Suta and our driver Mr Baron), a lovely surprise. Also the resort where we stayed had a special arrangement with the villa decoration and cake and music to celebrate this special day. In all it was a wonderful birthday celebration we had on the trip. This was well coordinated by Mr Krishna our coordinator from Pick Your Trail in India.
