The entire trip was well supported. No major issues faced during the entire journey. Everything was as per the schedule and bookings. Of course, the best part was the Gold coast beaches.

Excellent work by pickyourtrail, Adarsh & Chandru. everything on the the trip was planned perfectly, the transfers, the hotel and the booking were all very well managed. they even accomodated last minute rescheduling request due to delays from my end. Excellent work, would love to travel again with you. view from the top of the Eiffel tower diner at the pantheon.

Trip was well coordinated. But few properties, committed during discussion were not handed over. One confusion was related to carrying local currency and showing any sort of income proof. This should have been clarified. Nevertheless I wont hesitate to book my next trip through Travel Triangle/ Travel Troops. Pick up timings were bang on. Everything goes as per plan.

i will start with positives : 1. The local travel agent was very good, always on time, knew places very well and also helped us to get a few good deals in water sports & Shopping. 2. Hotels suggested were good. 3. Activities were same as described while booking. Negatives : 1. agent who was taking care of my booking had to leave & others were not updated, this created a few problems and hence experience seemed to be incomplete. 2. The room decoration was confirmed by the agent but nothing happened. Room decoration in Honeymoon changes everything. 3. we had to ask agent every information regarding the currency exchange, vouchers etc.. over all it was a nice experience but team seems to be a little disconnected with the destination, i will sure give them another chance keep it up !!! the local travel agent was very good. very good behaviour and always on time. the hotels were very far from the beach and the main market that made it a little difficult for us to move around in free time. seminiyak markets and beaches and the bfull villa

The hotels were pre-booked by myself. The overall trip experience was good however there were a couple of instances that put us off. One of them was we were not taken to the Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha) citing the reason that it was closed for tourists and instead we were taken to the Gems Gallery. The trip to Gems Gallery was a waste of time. Also we went to Wat Pho on our own and found that it wasnt closed. The temple day tour was also hardly of 3 hrs. This experience was tantamount to cheating. Apart from this, we were not informed about the admission fees (and amount) not included at certain location such as the temples tour and national park. All in all we had a good experience but these things if they didnt happen, it would have been great. Kayaking in Phang Nga Bay and Scuba diving in Khai Nai Island.

If i talk about the place, the place is awesome. But, I am not very much pleased with the services. My experience with the travel agents was bad. To begin with, when I landed at Denpasar airport, i was handed over a SIM card that had NO OUTGOING FACILITY. I reach the hotel bell swiss rainforest. The rooms there had centralized air conditioning. Considering the weather there, It took about 3-4 hours for the temperature in the room to come down. Worst deal was the food. Indian vegetarian food was rarely available and was too costly. Even after asking our driver to take us to a restaurant to eat, he denied to have Indian restaurants nearby. During water sports, we were denied for parasailing and were asked to pay $60 more even after paying in advance. Ultimately , the place was good but not a very good experience with TT

No assistance was provided to me for flight issues however it was told by the agent that in case of flight delays or cancellations their team will take care. Also the room decoration was confirmed by the agent but nothing happened. Very less options for activities were provided due to which we waisted whole 1 day Everything was on time never had to wait more for any internal cabs or transfers

They did respond well but could have given options of activities. For Instance the sunset Kayaking in Krabi was booked separately by us at our expense and was terrific and the Simon Cabaret Show at Phuket was also something to see
