Pick your trail planned our trip to Thailand and did a great job. The properties suggested by them were great and in close proximity to the key areas of the city. They planned the holiday really well so that we get adequate breaks and could also provide us time to do some bit of self exploration. Awesome experience ,Hotel and local travel was very good But Air Asia flight is cheap and they don't have blanket on board that cause cold inside the plane. Luggage limit is 7kg per person and extra one luggage till 15kg will be charged around 3800/- one way. Ask traveled to book luggage fee online that will be cheaper than airport rate. Water sports activity,Trip to Volcano and Coffee fermentation and local city tour. Local car driver/guide Mr. Sukka is very friendly and good.

My suggestion is that unless a customer wants to experience B&B accommodation don't include it.

This was my 1st experience with any travel agency for booking holiday, as this time i was going on my honeymoon so i wanted everything to be well planned and hassle free. I would like to thanks entire pickyourtrail team for their support and work. Everything was very well planned in a very reasonable price, they were easily approachable on phone/WhatsApp during the entire trip. vehicles/hotels provided by them were far better than my expectations. Fare breakup was given in the itinerary for each and everything. Initially i was confused whether to book through pick your trail or makemytrip & thomas cook but i found pick your trail team very supportive and responsive. One can customise anything in the itinerary. I asked for few changes in the trip after complete payment process and they made the changes. hats off pick your trail.... keep it up..

Overall I am pretty satisfied with my trip, however I had few point that I would l mentioned here. 1. Hotel booked at Krabi - did not include any complimentary inclusions. The receptionist was friendly or pleasing. 2. The Booked Cab used to come an hours prior to the schedule. 3. Few more activities could have been planned. I had a great experience from the booking stage till date. Saurabh from Pick yourtrail helped me plan my trip to New Zealand and Krishnamoorthy helped me with the vouchers and was available till the end of the trip. Good was expensive on the tour. A few more adventurous activities should have been there, like scuba diving to choose from. Scuba diving

I always preferred to plan holidays on my own and this became my habit for past 8 years as every year I travel with my school friends. This time it was different as I was travelling outside country and that too with my wife. Travelling with girl in unknown country on our own was not advisable as elders told at home. So decided to take the help of travel agents. Pick you trail was the one I finalized after lot of research online. They gave me an amazing experience. Right from Airport pickup to drop back at airport, everything was planned to the perfection. Local operator in Bali Mr. Suta was very friendly and his local guides were always well before time which impressed me a lot. Their knowledge about own country and tourist places with shades of history was admirable. I definitely look forward to get in touch with this team for our next trip.
