Booking experience was good with travel triangle all the way with continuous support whenever required from travel triangle and Smiling trips. Quotes were good and but slightly expensive as compared to other. negotiation with travel agent is must to get a optimum deal. Regarding the tour experience, Phuket was good with all travel agents and cabs on time all the time. good hotel and tour in Phi Phi island. in total good experience in Phuket Regarding Stay in Bangkok, hotel was not in a good area and not a good room, 1st impression was to leave the hotel. not a good city tour in bangkok also. Suggestions: Increase the tour content as there are a lot of other things also to do in Phuket like Phuket phantsea,etc Increase the tour content for Bangkok as the city tour was very bad as there were only 3 places that we visited. there a lot of good places to visit in Bangkok like temples, palace, ocean world, safari world etc...should be informed to customer. in total good experience of the complete tour and would recommend to others with add ons Good hotel in Phuket with a good tour in Phi Phi island

thank you for helping me make my holiday a memorable one. The quality of service delivered by the agent was satisfactory although it was frustrating to see how the travel triangle as well as smiling trips conveniently forgot about us once the payment for the trip was made because from then on we had to repeatedly call and en quire regarding the confirmations and vouchers etc etc. but i have to admit that our queries were always addressed adequately. But once in thailand the trip went on like clockwork so no complaints there. Thank You everyone for the fantastic experience

I booked my Srinagar/Ladakh trip using Smiling trips on travel triangle. The travel agent was very helpful throughout the booking despite the fact that I requested for multiple iterations. I am pretty satisfied with the quote provided also. the hotels/camps booked were very good(except one in Kargil probably because of lack of options) the cabs booked was extremely good(except the first day out of 8 days). this is very important for these kinds of trip as there is a lot of travel Overall, I am very happy with the travel agent and would use them for my next trip as well as recommend them to others. One feedback I have for travel triangle is wrt to credit card payments. No one really charges for card payments and you should do away with fees for credit card payment. otherwise the services of travel triangle is brilliant and is a very good platform which enables customers to find good deals.. great work!
