Smiling Trips provided me with best quotes for my entire trip Hotels + Travel. Special appreciation to Shalini for promptly helping me customize the trip to my satisfaction. An area for improvement: Cab driver should be slightly more flexible about drop points. For eg. I had booked an airport pickup from Chandigarh to hotel in Dharamsala and I had mentioned Chandigarh to Dharamsala while booking. Cab driver charged extra 500 Rs to drop till hotel claiming that Dharamsala means Dharamsala bus stop. Additional 7 kilometres from bus stop to hotel was charged extra. Similar thing happened during final drop at Delhi. We were a family of 6 and 4 of us had train from Delhi Station and 2 from Nizamudin station a mere 8 km distance which cab driver refused to drop. We enjoyed Dalhousie the most. Its snow clad valley view was breathtaking.
