Overall, we had a great stay at Langkawi especially the Berjaya Resort which is such a mesmerizing place to stay. We got a good support from travel triangle, smiling trips and the local travel agent in Langkawi(Oceanic Langkawi Holidays). Smiling trips is a right place if you want quality tour experience at reasonable price. My family enjoyed the Delhi, Agra & Jaipur trip and all the sight-seeings. There were one or two drawbacks with hotel bookings but apart from that I would definitely recommend.

Mr. Ankit did a great job in coordinating for all pre-trip requests and accommodating my requests. Really happy with the tickets and visas delivery. The only issue I faced during the trip was coordinating the rides, since the local teams did not plan it well. Overall I am satisfied with the trip organized.

Overall Trip was good with a few initial setbacks. We enjoyed our 4 days stay in Singapore. Cabs were on time, and the tour was arranged nicely. Hotel location was excellent. We asked one room with Twin sharing, but we have to upgrade it after reaching the Hotel. I appreciate Ankit efforts as he was in constant touch with us during the whole trip to answer our queries. The taxi came very late after Arrival at Singapore, but when contacted with Smiley grp, they responded immediately. After that, they told they would provide some complimentary food coupons or additional pickup /drop, but due to the time gap and busy schedule, it didn't work out and disappointed us. However, I would recommend using their services because they respond to queries and arrange things with what is asked. Sir, This is Srinivasan . Just completed the Singapore, Malaysia trip through Smiling . First phase of Singapore went like clockwork without a hitch. The second phase is a different story. The coach to reach KL was late by nearly three hours. On the way itself I WhatsApp msgd smiling first. Then the Malaysia group Apple holidays asked me and I shared my location. As it was very delayed they msgd cannot keep driver so long so you have to go to hotel on your own. You can imagine my plight then. A new place with language difficulties. After an Hour we caught a cab paying 25RH. Since I was late my city tour was cancelled. . I've not even entered town (which they know) but they've sent driver to hotel to pick me up for tour at 5pm. ( How thoughtless). Quoting no show. They me that as no show I have to pay and go for the city tour. I refused as I'd already paid and as bus was late I'm not at fault. After this they scheduled the tour (they didn't tell me again I've to pay or how much). When the city tour was nearly over they called driver to collect USD 30. I told them before proceeding if you'd told I've to pay I may not have proceeded in city tour. (And all cabs sharing basis only). Evening at the time of picking up for airport from hotel they told me if I can't Pay, take taxi and go. (Which was also paid). If I'd taken taxi it would have been around 100Rh which is less than 30 USD. Then I paid the dollars in cash. Deplorable behaviour. Factors to be noted; bus arranged by the agency and how I'm to blame for lateness ? Why no backup plan. The tourist has to pay twice for the same tour? How come driver was sent to hotel knowing fully well that I'm still in coach? Informing about payment the ends. Telling the customer make your own arrangements in a new foreign place. Btw drivers were good and also the hotel. Sentosa, cable car, Batu caves. Best memories Worst memories. Behaviour of The Malaysian team . Apple holidays

My trip to Singapore with Smiling Trips was not at all good.. I booked room with window view for that i paid 5000 more but when i reached Singapore it was room with no window. I immediately informed my tour operator about that & they said they looking into it and promised that i will get the room for which i paid next day.. Unfortunately nothing happened, I spent my whole trip in that room only.. After coming back i asked for my refund but then also they said it will take time.. NOT ONLY SMILING TRIPS I ALSO SHARED MY ISSUE WITH TRAVEL TRAINGLE BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE SOLVED THE ISSUE.. This is my third trip with Travel Traingle but this time really very very disappointed with their service specially after repeated follow up by me.. Smiling Trips
