Greetings!! We had enjoyed your services at Manali - Hotel Snow Peak Retreat. Everything was there as per the package and your commitment to us. No delay n no hurdles very good services. All Tea n Coffee were complementary. We had not paid for anything. In Shimla - Hotel Bridge View Residency - When we reached there they said no booking. Then we asked to call Mr. Lalit then he gave us the room. very poor room, poor room light n ceiling of the room was wet and paint coming out. we felt as if we are sick. Washrooms are also not good. All Tea n Coffee were chargeable. We had paid for it. In welcome drink they gave us small glass jal jeera water n in cookies they gave us five normal biscuits with jam toping in use n throw plate n in Fruits they gave us five fruits (1banana 2mango 2apple) all when we ate were not good. Fruits were in plastic basket worth rupees 50. At the time of check out they asked us to pay rupees 500 for empty fruit basket. Ridiculous!!! Moti Mahal food was good. There should not be additional charges for payment through Credit Card. The vehicle provided gave problems for 3 consecutive days, Smiling Trips should have a check on the vehicles provided by the transpot vendor or have some sort of vehicle checklist for the transport vendors (like..vehicle last serviced logsheet). Driver should also act as guide, this will help the tourist to plan the day ahead. Rohtang Pass was the highlight of the trip.

A very big thank you to you, smiling trips and travel triangle. Our trip was the most wonderful and memorable one. I appreciate the co-operation,promptness and help from your side during the trip where you helped us check out a day earlier from Srinagar's Grand Tabiyah and check into Hotel Volga Pahalgam. The houseboat and Hotel Volga were the best in the trip. Keep up the good work. Also I need to mention that our Driver Chacha Gurcharan Singhji was very sweet and co-operative. He suggested that we should start from Pahalgam at night instead of the following morning to reach Jammu station in time for the train and drove very efficiently throughout the night. Hats off to him. Just one request do not provide Grand Tabiyah to any customer in the future. They do not have enough people for service and management is very inefficient.
